Caroline Goulding In 2008, Caroline Goulding owner of The Wedding Cake Boutique graduated from Ballymaloe Cookery School and pursued her food dream. She has since worked as a pastry chef in the highly prestigious restaurant, Clarke’s of Kensington, London Caroline loves to create contemporary, sharp and edgy designs while maintaining the elegance of the more classic styles. Flavour is just as important as design, and Caroline has also spent countless hours testing and tasting recipes to create cakes that are moist, soft and have flavour combinations which are unique and marry well. Caroline is a huge advocate of high quality, Irish ingredients and where possible, shopping locally and in season. She avoids artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives. All the flavours and colours are natural from the raw ingredients used. You can feel good about eating these cakes that are made from scratch and your guests will too! We have worked with Caroline to create six exclusive designs that stand apart from the rest and will be the icing on your wedding day.

Flavours & Fillings Caroline only uses fresh, high quality, Irish ingredients. All of her cakes are made using free range eggs and real Irish butter. To flavour the cakes she creates her own homemade extracts, syrups, purĂŠes, pralines, jams and candied nuts & fruits. This ensures that there are no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives used in our cakes. All the flavours and colours come naturally from the raw ingredients used.

Wines For Your Wedding Chris and the Off Licence team can help you pick your wedding wine and can offer some helpful tips, making the whole selection process a lot easier. Get in touch with our team and let us know a couple of details about your wedding; How many guests are coming and what food you’re serving. We’ll then get to work and draw up a shortlist of wines; white, red and sparkling which you can come in and taste in store for free. Our team will make recommendations and inform you about our most popular wedding wines, as well as advising on other considerations such as corkage, food pairings and quantities. We can cater for any budget, and we are committed to helping you get the best value for your money. We offer free delivery to your venue.
