Bàn giao thành công 18 mô-đun cho khách hàng Samsung Engineering

Ngày 08/5/2022, Doosan Vina đã xuất thành công chuyến hàng thứ 2 gồm 9 mô-đun nặng 950 tấn thuộc dự án Sarawak Methanol sangMalaysia, nâng tổng số mô-đun đã bàn giao chokhách hàng Samsung Engineering lên 18 mô-đun,nặng hơn 16.000 tấn.

Sau gần 10 tháng sản xuất, hiện dự án đã đạt đượckhoảng 76% tiến độ. 16 mô-đun còn lại sẽ được chiathành 3 chuyến xuất hàng và lần lượt được xuất đivào tháng 6, 9 và 11/2022. Một khi hoàn thành lắpđặt, các mô-đun này sẽ trở thành một hệ thống dẫndầu và khí hoàn chỉnh tại nhà máy Methanol thuộc tổhợp Nhà máy Lọc hóa dầu Sarawak, Malaysia.

Successfully handing over 18 modules to Samsung Engineering

On May 08, 2022, Doosan Vina successfully exported the second shipment including 9 modules weighing 950 tons under theSarawak Methanol project to Malaysia, bringing thetotal number of modules handed over to SamsungEngineering customer to 18 modules weighing over16,000 tons.

After nearly 10 months of production, the projecthas now achieved about 76%. The remaining16 modules are scheduled to be divided into 3shipments and shipped in June, September, andNovember of 2022. Once installed, these moduleswill become a complete oil and gas pipeline at theMethanol plant in the Sarawak Refinery Complex,Malaysia.

Hơn 3.400 tấn kết cấu thép xuất đến Nhà máy Nhiệt điện Jawa

Trong tháng 5 và 6/2022, Doosan Vina đã xuất 3 chuyến hàng nặng hơn 3.400 tấn kết cấu thép thuộc dự án Jawa 9&10 đến Indonesia. Sau hơn 1 năm thực hiện, dự án đã hoàn thành được 79% sau khi bàn giao thành công 19 chuyến hàng với tổng cộng gần 26.043 tấn sản phẩm đến công trường nhà máy Nhiệt điện Jawa 9&10 tại Indonesia.

Hiện hơn 6.000 tấn thiết bị còn lại của dự án như: kết cấu thép lò hơi, ống dẫn than… đã hoàn thành được 83% tiến độ chế tạo và riêng hạng mục Piping nặng gần 4.000 tấn đạt khoảng 5%. Theo kế hoạch chuyến xuất hàng tiếp theo sẽ diễn ra vào tháng 7 và kết thúc dự án vào năm 2024.

More than 3,400 tons of steel structure for the Jawa Thermal Power Plant

In May and June 2022, Doosan Vina exported 3 shipments weighing more than 3,400 tons of steel structure under the Jawa 9&10 project to Indonesia. After more than one year of production, the project has completed 79% after successfully handing over 19 shipments with a total of nearly 26,043 tons of products to the Jawa 9 & 10 Thermal Power Plant site in Indonesia.

Currently, there are more than 6,000 tons of remaining equipment of the project such as: Boiler Steel Structure boiler, Duct... completed 83% of the production progress, and the Piping category alone weighs nearly 4,000 tons, reaching about 5%. According to the plan, the next shipment will take place in July and the project will end in 2024.
