“Biển cảnh báo nguy hiểm’’ tại nhà máy Boiler và Water

Xuất phát từ nhu cầu thực tế cũng như yêu cầu của cấp trên cần mở rộng triển khai quản lý trực quan an toàn thông qua biển cảnh báo mối nguy tại nhà máy MHS được thực hiện trong năm 2021 bởi bộ phận Cải tiến sản xuất. Trên cơ sở đó, trong tháng 5/2022, các thành viên bộ phận Digital Service đã tiếp tục tìm tòi, nghiên cứu phát triển và đưa vào áp dụng thành công cải tiến “Biển cảnh báo nguy hiểm” tại 2 nhà máy Boiler và Water.

Cải tiến đã giúp nhân viên EHS tại các nhà máy chủ động và tiết kiệm thời gian hơn trong việc giám sát an toàn, đặc biệt là giám sát từ xa, dễ dàng nắm bắt được khu vực nào làm việc bình thường, khu vực nào nguy hiểm cũng như báo động khi có sự cố xảy ra.

“Danger Warning Signs” at the Boiler shop and Water shop

Stemming from the actual needs as well as the requirements of the superiors, it is necessary to expand the implementation of visual safety management through the hazard warning signs at the MHS shop implemented in 2021 by the Production Innovation department. On that basis, in May 2022, members of the Digital Service department continued to research, develop and successfully apply the improvement of "Hazard Warning Signs " at the Boiler shop and Water shop.

Improvements have helped EHS employees at factories be more proactive and save time in safety monitoring, especially remote monitoring, easily understanding which areas are working normally and which areas are in danger as well as alarm in the event of an accident.

Cải tiến nâng cao an toàn tại nhà máy MHS

Nhằm thực hiện tốt mục tiêu không tai nạn cũng như phát huy tối đa vai trò đổi mới, sáng tạo của NLĐ, thời gian qua, thành viên các xưởng/ bộ phận đã nỗ lực nghiên cứu, tìm tòi và cho ra đời nhiều cải tiến hay, thiết thực.

Điển hình trong số đó là cải tiến “Chống ngã các H-Beam trên thanh rulor tại khu vực máy nén bằng cách lắp đặt các thanh tròn có chiều dài gần 2m, có thể tháo lắp dễ dàng”; cải tiến “Cố định kích thủy lực” và “Sử dụng con đội nén ống” giúp ống không bị cong, méo sau khi hàn các sản phẩm cho dự án Jawa 9 &10 của các thành viên tổ Pre-Production, nhà máy MHS. Với tính năng ưu việt, các cải tiến này đã giúp rút ngắn thời gian, tiết kiệm chi phí sản xuất, tạo sự thuận lợi và đảm bảo an toàn cho NLĐ trong suốt quá trình làm việc.

Safety enhancements at the MHS shop

To well implement the goal of zero accidents as well as maximize the role of innovation and creativity of employees, over the past time, members of workshops/departments have made great efforts to research, explore and produce many good, anf practical improvements.

Typical among them is the improvement "Antifalling of H-Beams on the roller bar at the compressor area by installing round bars with a length of nearly 2m, which can be easily removed"; the improvement "Fixing hydraulic jacks" and "Using pipe compression rods" to prevent pipes from being bent or distorted after welding products for Jawa 9 & 10 project by members of Pre-Production team, MHS shop. With superior features, these improvements have helped to shorten production time, save production costs, create convenience and ensure safety for employees during the working process.

Chương trình “1 triệu sáng kiến vượt khó, sáng tạo”

Hưởng ứng chương trình “Một triệu sáng kiến nỗ lực vượt khó, sáng tạo, quyết tâm chiến thắng đại dịch COVID-19” do Tổng LĐLĐ Việt Nam tổ chức, Công đoàn Công ty cùng bộ phận Cải tiến đã phát động đến các đoàn viên, NLĐ tiếp tục phát huy tinh thần sáng tạo, để tìm ra những ý tưởng sáng hay để góp phần giúp hoạt động sản xuất của công ty ngày càng đạt năng suất, chất lượng hiệu quả cao hơn. Sau hơn 01 tháng phát động từ ngày 12/4 - 30/5, toàn công ty đã có 07 giải pháp tham gia dự thi.

“One million initiatives to overcome difficulties and create creativity” program

Responding to the program "One million initiatives to overcome difficulties, be creative and determined to win the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic" organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, the Company's Trade Union and the Production Innovation Department have launched the union members and employees to continue promoting the spirit of creativity to find bright and good ideas to help the company's production activities achieve higher efficiency, quality. After more than one month of launching from April 12 to May 30, the whole company had 07 solutions to participate in the contest.
