We wash this collection to improve the fabric feel and look . Twill fabrics from the mill are stiff as a board, so

we give them a gentle wash with some fabric softeners . After blocking, the resulting hat is remarkably more supple and very comfortable to wear . We have been making this collection for over 20 years, and they are our best sellers year after year .
