Garment Washed Twill Collection We wash this collection to improve the fabric feel and look. Twill fabrics from the mill are stiff as a board, so we give them a gentle wash with some fabric softeners. After blocking, the resulting hat is remarkably more supple and very comfortable to wear. We have been making this collection for over 20 years, and they are our best sellers year after year.
