TRANSITION OF INTERIOR SHOSE SHOP (CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN)
DESIGN BRIEF The aim of this project is to explore the cross-over (transition) of residential-commercial-hospitality design. In this project I have to explore the location I am given and define the function of the place. My concept is to design a luxury fashion boutique for women, such as Christian Louboutin. It also got the cafe area and people can shop and also enjoy the tea time here. I decided to do an interior design of Christian Louboutin store.

Elegant and Fashion
Here are the floor plan of that building. It is a big area. It is 250cm under the entresol in the ground floor and divided by missive glass window. The triangle area located around middle of the building. It got 550cm high and massive space. It got the whole glass window around this place. It has really nice view in this area.

THE TOP VIEW OF RENDERING My concept is to design a luxury fashion boutique for women, such as Prada and Chanel. The boutique will also look like a coffee shop. I would like to design a shop which can let people feel relax and gorgeous when they come in. They can shop and also enjoy the tea time here.My target customers are wealthy or career women .They are rich and busy. They want to find everything in one shop. They care about the life style and relaxation. They want something with high quality. I thought that it is better if I can focus on one brand and follow the feature of that brand to design an interior so I decided to do an interior design of Christian Louboutin store.

I removed this full height glass panel and also the wall on the right hand side. I also place the digital TV beside the entrance to showing off the new collection of product and fashion show.
DISPLAY CABINET

These platform are made by marble. I used red and black carpet for the G floor. I also placed the Cosanava Chair and sofa for people who enjoying the tea and looking for their beloved shoes.
I also design a massive curve shoes rack. It get the lighting at the back which can highlight the shoes in the shoes rack. I also created a storage area covered by curve shoes rack. I block that area by placing the big shoes rack with lighting inside . It is a feature wall of this area. It is a hiding door on the feature wall for going to storage area.

MINI APARTMENT DESIGN BRIEF This project is to develop a floor plan for a mini apartment and it will be build in an existing office building (3.6 x 7.2m = 25.92 m2). The windows and entrance are situated at the short side of the plan and the layout has to contain a bathroom, kitchen area, sleeping place and living place. I set up my persona are couple and they share the flat together so I have to design an appartment which can fit what they interior structure and design they might wanted.

DESIGN CONCEPT First, I did not sperate living room working area and also bedroom. They are all together. I want to design an apartment which can transform 25.92m2 in a small apartment thoroughly useful and liveable, and also keep the private for two of them. It has six spaces, the studio and living room is divided by one completely foldable wall. It is a featured wall in this apartment. It is a featured wall in this apartment. I would like to use some special materials to cover that wall. The 25.92m2 apartment is tiny so that I don’t prefer to divide different spaces by using fixed wall. It will make the house looks even smaller than before. The tiny apartment includes a full size living room with many hidden unexpected transforming possibilities and the foldable wall. For example, they can fold away the wall when their guests come to their house. The studio area transform to a living room. It gets the massive space to use. When the wall is folded out, they get a nicely bedroom and studio. A window enlarges the space and brings light into it. On the other hand, I design a hidden kitchen with cabinets that blend glide into the feature wall. It can also save the space.
FEATURE WALL (SLIDING DOOR) My concept was to create their (persona) own space even the apartment is small. It works really well in the apartment especially when the sliding door is pulled out. it can create a quiet space for work or sleep. There are four piece doors in total when it pull up. It just fit the gap between two windows when it pull out.
Here is the living room and studio area. They divided by the sliding door in the middle. I chose the leather sofa and small arm chair. it looks really simple but it match with the copper lighting, feature sliding door and functional wardrobe

LIVING ROOM I chose Citterio Visofa matching with the Barcelona chair in the living and studio area. Although these two chair come form different designers, they work really well together. They both got the metal detail on the legs also with leather seat. I think they look really modern. On the other hand, I chose the copper chandelier to match these sofa. They work really well together.
WARDROBE DESIGN This is also functional wardrobe. The reason why I designed these drawers into different sizes is not only for the designing ,but is also for different purpose of storage . In the middle of the wardrobe has a table and on top of the table is for the TV storage. As you see my floor plan before, this wardrobe are placed in the studio area but the studio area can transform to living area when the sliding door is pulled out. It also can be bedroom area when the sliding door closed. Therefore, it would be great to have a functional and designing wardrobe. LIGHTING I decided to put a LED light on top of the wardrobe. it is only using the reflection from the light so it can bring a really soft and natural lighting to the room. I think it is good to turn it on when the persona stay at the bedroom in the night time.

FOLDING BED I was thinking to have a normal bed in here but that area can be transformed to different area. Therefore, I think that the wall folding bed is the best choice for this. It can fold it up during a day time
KITCHEN AND DINING Kitchen is really small so that small dining table can also be a working table for cooking. When their guests come here, they can use the hiding table from the big wardrobe in living room. I used a dark wood for the drawers and dolomite for the table. It is a small and simple kitchen.

In this project, I am goimg to design a theatre which is located in Coventry city centre with my groupmate. They are achitecture student. it was my honored to have a group project with them. Our design is really simple and using the open plan which meet the requirement of allowing different kind of performace produced in this space.

The design focus on the seat part. It look like a bicycle seat or duck feet. Also , the front legs I will use metal
It is really smooth and comfortable to sit. For those legs I want to make it really simple. The front legs is bigger than the legs from the back.
The real size should be d34cm x w30cm x h34cm
For the front leg, it should pass through from the seat. For two legs from the back, it is just a normal legs.
