Thinking in situations

por tfo lio Thinking In Situations Dear (...),

I am Dorien Wendelen and I am doing my Master’s in graphic design at the school of Sint-Lucas in Antwerp, Belgium. Currently I am working on my thesis in which I am dealing with creative limitations under the temporary working title ‘Thinking In Situations’. Because I see it as a challenge to bring diversity and be creative under strictly imposed restrictions, I want to be limited. Throughout a couple of given assignments I want to research how various limits stimulate my creativity. In that context, I am looking for designers whom I admire and respect for the work they do, to give me assignments. I would like to invite you to give me a specific assignment that contains some original and challenging restrictions. If you want to, I will keep you informed of my progress and send you the result in the end. I enthusiastically look forward to hearing from you! Kind regards, Dorien Wendelen
