Design is a way to express oneself while solving a communication problem. As part of my personality I try to find logical and adjustable solutions to issues as a way of reacting to the world around me. Design is a proposed solution to a specific problem and depends on oneself the way it will be solved. Therefore it depends on how we see and understand the problem and how we see it solved, together with the process of finding the solution. This reflects the designers contribution to the field. My creative process always starts with the same questions: “what is it that I want from me to do with this problem?”, “What is it needed to be done?”, ”What is the idea to communicate?” Then those statements unravel a chain of acts that become reality while the idea is encapsulated. How is it going to be developed? How is the core idea be reflected through the material? After capturing some ideas, by sketching, taking notes, taking photos, grabbing materials, looking for references, researching the main topic, all the process smoothes out and the questionnaire to confirm and establish the objectives of the proposal to be developed starts again. This until the pre final piece, revision and final piece is obtained. There are some motivational aspects that could get me to work when most of the time I would say learning new things is motivation enough. But also some specific topics or themes could make my interest wakes up, design in general, being this visual design, industrial design, web design, are things that catch my attention easily, and also motivates me to improve myself. It is a motivation-inspiration relationship that can be hardly put apart. There are some challenging work, depending on the assignment I am incurring to, that also motivates me to work harder and reach the goals that I can set for myself. I like to create patterns to follow when the occasion calls for it and systematically organize the steps in which things are to be developed and also I obviously enjoy making things work.
