Co-Impact Sourcing of Rose essential oil As the sun rises over the dew-covered fields surrounding Kazanlak, Bulgaria, it reveals row upon row of blossoming rose bushes. Between each row, harvesters carefully pick the blossoms. The masterpiece that is true Jasmine essential oil Because of the delicate nature of its petals, Jasmine has traditionally only been available as an absolute. Absolutes are similar to essential oils—they’re both ways of extracting volatile aromatic compounds from plants. Extracting absolutes involves a complex solvent process that separates the volatile compounds from the waxes and resins of the plant materials, while essential oils are extracted through steam distillation, hydrodistillation, or expression (also known as cold-pressing). Add distilled water into the glass spray bottle.
Measure your crochet thread to the length you’d like your garland—leaving about 15 centimetres of extra thread on each end—and cut with scissors. We recommend about 32 centimetres of thread (62 centimetres total) to allow for three-finger spacing between felt balls.
Add witch hazel in the glass spray bottle.

Add 10-15 drops of the desired essential oil into the glass spray bottle.Give the bottle a nice shake. Spray on your artificial holiday tree and enjoy the authentic aroma.
At one end of the thread, tie a knot 15 centimetres from the end. Thread the needle and push it through the centre of the first felt ball, stringing the ball to the knot you tied. Continue threading the felt balls, leaving three-finger spacing between each. When you’ve strung all the felt balls, tie a knot after your last ball. Make sure to leave at least 15 centimetres of extra thread left at the end. Add one drop of the holiday essential oil blend of your choice to every other felt ball, depending on how strong you want the aroma. We recommend using Holiday Joy essential oil blend, but Holiday Peace or Holiday Love are perfect alternatives. Tie a loop at both ends using the excess string and hang in your home for a seasonal decoration with a festive aroma that will last through the holidays.

Nourishing Lip and Cuticle Balm
Give your hair an intensive moisture treatment infused with the natural benefits of pure CPTG® essential oils. This hair mask is perfect to breathe life into dry hair. Rinse out after 30 minutes or leave on overnight to lock in moisture and supercharge results.
Ingredients 2 tbsp shea butter
Method Combine 1 tablespoon of dōTERRA® hair Daily Conditioner with 1 teaspoon of Fractionated Coconut Oil in a small bowl. Fortify this treatment with additional, hair-loving essential oils including 1-2 drops Rosemary, 1-2 drops Geranium, 1-2 drops of Sandalwood. Gently combine these beneficial ingredients and apply to the ends of your hair. Rinse after 30 minutes or leave on overnight. DIY Scalp Scrub Did you know flat, lifeless hair could be the result of product build-up on your scalp? Try this stimulating dōTERRA® hair DIY Scalp Scrub once a week to gently remove excess product and leave your hair squeaky clean and totally refreshed. Method Combine 1 teaspoon of stock standard coffee grinds with one tablespoon of dōTERRA® hair Protecting Shampoo and bring together in a small bowl. Add 5 drops of Rosemary and 2 drops of Peppermint essential oils and mix well. Add a nourishing carrier oil like sweet almond or Argan oil (1 tablespoon maximum) and gently massage into your scalp once a week. Do this before you shampoo and rinse well afterwards.
1 tsp beeswax 1o drops Myrrh essential oil 10 drops Lavender essential oil 6 drops Patchouli essential oil Method In small glass container, combine shea butter and beeswax. Place in saucepan with 1–1 ½ cups of boiling water. Stir ingredients for 5–10 minutes until combined. Tip: Use a icypole stick for easy cleanup. Once melted, remove from heat and let rest for three minutes. Add essential oils and stir. Pour into small tin container and let it harden for 2–3 hours. To use, just apply a small amount to cuticles or lips and rub until absorbed.
Gift of the Earth Rejuvenating Facial Oil Facial oils are incredibly simple to make. All you need to do is choose your favourite carrier oil for your skin type and add essential oils. Because facial oils are used daily, the dilution should be kept lower to prevent sensitisation. 1–2 drops Jasmine essential oil 1–2 drops Lavender or Helichrysum essential oil 2–3 drops Frankincense essential oil 2–3 drops Copaiba essential oil Fill with carrier oil such as Fractionated Coconut Oil or any other oil of your choosing Combine all ingredients in a 10mL roller bottle, and shake or roll it between your palms before each use.

Festive Gift Bars Lotion bars infused with essential oils Equipment Microwave or Double Boiler 1L Glass Jug Skewer for Stirring Cutting Board or Oven Tray Kitchen Scales Paintbrush (optional) Ingredients 75g Shea Butter 60g Beeswax Pellets 105g Refined Coconut Oil hard version 60 drops Douglas Fir essential oil 30 drops Frankincense essential oil 30 drops Myrrh essential oil 1 tsp Gold Mica Plus extra for dusting (optional) 1 Christmas-Themed Silicone Mould
Instructions Optional First Step: Using a small paint brush, brush the insides of your silicone mould with gold mica to bring out any special details. Add the beeswax, coconut oil and shea butter to a glass jug and set in a small saucepan full of water, or in a microwave. Melt slowly over low heat or in 1 minute bursts in the microwave. Once it has melted, set aside to cool for two to three minutes before adding the essential oils and gold mica. Stir well until all of the mica is evenly combined. Set your silicone mould on a cutting board or tray and then on top of your kitchen scales. Pour out 40g of mixture into six mould cavities. Set your lotion bars aside to set. They may be able to be popped out after 1/2 an hour but will take up to 3 hours to fully set. If possible, avoid popping them out of the mould before they are fully set. Directions for Use Warm up your lotion bar in your hand and then rub on elbows, heels, blemishes, and any other areas of dry skin. When not in use, store your lotion bar in a glass jar or metal tin, or wrap it in grease-proof paper, to prevent the oils and butters soaking into surrounding surfaces.
Handmade soap is a specialty item, it’s a practical, usable, every day item – but being handmade, higher quality, and unique, it’s maybe something people don’t splurge on for themselves very often. Isn’t that the very definition of what a gift is?

Aussie Shortbread Infused with Frankincense essential oil Ingredients 125g unsalted butter 40g raw sugar 25g icing sugar 250g plain flour (or gluten free option) 1 to 2 drops dōTERRA Frankincense essential oil ¼ teaspoon kosher salt 2 teaspoons fruit juice (suggest orange or pineapple juice) Method Cream the unsalted butter and raw sugar. Add icing sugar. Blend. Sift flour with Frankincense essential oil and salt and then slowly add to the mixture alternating with juice until a smooth dough is formed. Divide dough into 3 or 4 pieces. Shape into bars or use Christmas cookie cutters about 1cm thick. Place on ungreased sheet. Bake 150°C for 15 to 20 minutes until a light golden brown. Leave to cool and then transfer to wire rack.
