Happy first official full month of summer!
Miller’s Pond is just ticking along nicely. More SOLD signs going up in Phase 5A. Curbs and road work also being completed in that Phase. Lots of people moving in to brand new homes on Feathers Crossing, Benjamin Parkway and Hawke Lane.

There is one last home available backing onto the park and it is just about complete and ready for full viewing in early July ~ mark your calendar now!
