Bit by bit the Lake Margaret Estate last phase is coming together.
ü The fence on the west side of the street is now complete.

ü The pathway that will connect to the walk between lots 6 and 7 is well underway.
ü The SOLD signs continue to go up.
Hopefully, you get the opportunity to take a walk about the lake and down the butterfly meadow trail. Keep your eye out for Turtles sunning themselves, Mallards with their ducklings, the impressive Osprey, Muskrats, and of course the ever-present Canadian Geese and their babies. There are a pair of Grey Herons that live by the pond at the end of the butterfly meadow that are lovely site as well.
The last bit of news for this area is that there has been a price improvement on the corner homes, the Edenbrook and Windflower, so do check those out if you’re in the market for a large 2-storey!
