Meet the Staff Kathy Bentley, Publisher I have a degree in Finance and after graduation spent the next 20 years raising daughters. I have to say I learned more raising my kids than I did at college. The only thing I’m more passionate about than Downtown Oklahoma City is shoes. I have a terrible shoe addiction, so footwear will be a fashion focus for the magazine.

Jeff Schmidt, Editor-in-Chief I have a degree in Advertising from the University of Central Oklahoma. My passion is design and have experience in editing and publications. Oh yeah... I am addicted to pretty much every sport on this earth. Yes, I have been known to watch curling from time to time. Thanks Ross for all your help!

Jackie Patterson, Advertising Manager I love travel, books, media, learning new things, and talking politics at dinner. I’m a sales warrior extraordinarie, known to leap small downtown merchants in a single bound. I’m crazy about my children, my dogs and Neil!

Erick Gfeller, Photography Director Award winning photographer Erick Gfeller has operated GfellerStudio since 1993. about

editor’s note

Editor’s Note We love downtown Oklahoma City here at the magazine. From the Boathouse to Midtown, there is always something happening in the eleven districts. Yes, that’s right, eleven districts. One day not long ago, we wondered, “What’s happening in downtown?” We can see the Devon Tower quickly rising in the sky. We have struggled with torn up roads while trying to get to dinner. We have driven past enormous residential complexes and seen people jogging. As a result of our wondering curosity, we decided to start a magazine. Welcome to Downtown OKC Life & Style, a magazine totally dedicated to the employees, the residents, the visitors, the merchants and basically all things downtown Oklahoma City. It may not be the best reason to start a magazine – curiosity; however, as we have walked, met, parked and ate in this city within a city, we found out all sorts of amazing things.

someone who actually lives downtown and walks to work. What a city! The culinary arts are being practiced to perfection downtown. Check out Food Fight, showcasing two of our finest chefs battling it out with their favorite dishes from Stella and The Mantel. There are no winners or losers, only mouthwatering presentations that will make you hop in the car and hurry downtown for dinner. We must have fashion, our publisher insists, and we couldn’t think of a better location for our first fashion shoot than at the Chesapeake Boathouse where Jean Paul Gaultier meets colorful crew boats. And there’s more. Go ahead and take a look!

Walk Park in the

Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett no longer just talks about the advantages of living downtown. For more than a year, he’s lived right in the heart of the business district in the Park Harvey Building. And it’s everything he expected. STORY BY KAREN FARNEY PHOTOS BY ERICK GFELLAR

“I can walk anywhere I want to go. I can literally walk a block to work, a block to Bricktown, and also walk to every Thunder home game without a second thought about parking or traffic.” He finds the biggest benefit is eliminating commuting. “It’s about efficiency to me. Time is our most valuable resource,” he said. With MAPS, the first voter-approved package of major downtown projects, the downtown revitalization began. Voters were promised that MAPS would

“jump-start” the economy and private investment would follow. That private investment far exceeded all projections and still continues. One of the early high profile private projects

was the 110,000-square-feet Oklahoma Museum of Art and its soaring Dale Chihuly glass sculpture commissioned for the Museum. The brilliant piece is installed in a three-story triangular glass atrium. The museum includes The Donald W. Reynolds Visual Arts Center. The original movie theater ticket booth is back in service and salvaged art deco theater elements are incorporated into the interior. Expertly curated and significant films unlikely to play at the multiplex are screened in the intimate theater every Thursday

I go to movies at the museum and enjoy walking Downtown and looking at the architecture. We have some beautiful architecture and you can see something interesting in every direction, Cornett said.

“I go to movies at the museum and enjoy walking Downtown and looking at the architecture. We have some beautiful architecture and you can see something interesting in every direction,” Cornett said. That interesting architecture includes the 100-yearold Skirvin Hilton Hotel that is practically the mayor’s next-door neighbor. Unless you count the pigeons that roosted in the once elegant ballroom, the Skirvin sat empty and boarded up for many years. Finally, a serious buyer was found. Private investment and creative public financing funded the extensive renovation needed to restore the Skirvin to its role as a thriving grand historic hotel. The new owners preserved outside and inside architectural details even saving or uncovering original tiling. When the renovation was finished and the Skirvin Hilton Hotel re-opened in 2007, all involved had clearly succeeded in capturing the Skirvin’s original grandeur. The growing downtown urban atmosphere is evident in its variety of downtown living space. Lofts; repurposed offices, hotel and warehouse buildings; remodeled multifamily units and creative new condo townhouse and apartment developments were designed specifically for Downtown. From his office window, Mayor Cornett can see the graceful white curves of the Ronald J.Norick Downtown Library, an original MAPS project, and he can also watch bulldozers at work on the streets below, part of the Project 180 plan. Project 180 will improve and beautify about 180 acres of downtown infrastructure. The Myriad Gardens redesign is a Project 180 accomplishment. Outside areas have a more sophisticated look and improved function. A garden restaurant, an innovative playground and even a dog park have been added. Soft surface walks lead visitors past waterfalls, seasonal and perennial garden beds and other features. Along with parks and an abundance of kids’ activities, downtown will have a premier new public school to serve downtown residents with children.

The original vision for Downtown has expanded outward and upward. Midtown is thriving. Film Row is gaining interest and Deep Deuce is soundly established. The beautiful Chesapeake Boathouse anchors recreational development along the Oklahoma River and the Sky Dance Bridge will give pedestrians a connection between the river and downtown. And going upward, the Devon Tower has changed the city skyline. Construction elevators along the outside structure transported workers and materials as the building proceeded floor by floor. With the final steel beam in place, the Devon Tower topped out at 50 stories, so high on some days it actually reaches into the clouds. Mayor Cornett predicts there’s more to come. “We are going to see more activity in the next 10 years than we did during the last 10, including the new Convention Center, the relocation of I-40, the Boulevard, but primarily infrastructure. Changes will be made to accommodate people,” he said. Now that he’s also a full-time downtown resident, what does Mick want next? “Well, like most downtown residents, I’d like to have someplace to buy groceries and more retail.” Then, speaking as Mayor, he added. “We’re working on it.”

24

Downtown okc Life & Style

january 2011

“We’re are looking at a Bicycle Share program,” he added. Bicycle Share allows the bike-less, such as visitors and commuters, to borrow a bicycle to ride downtown. “We are also going to do another parking study. Some of the parking issues are still perception, but it’s time to take another look at actual parking availability,” he said. For now, free trolleys, walking or biking can eliminate some parking challenges, and if it rains, you can duck into the Metro Conncourse System, also known as the Underground. “You know we still have the Conncourse. It’s still open and another renovation is underway,” he said. The Metro Conncourse System, opened in 1974, is a 16-block underground network of hallways that connects 30 buildings. Last year Mayor Cornett spent some time in New York City earning an MBA. He not only got his degree, he experienced firsthand the urban life benchmark city. His current mayoral term ends in about two and a half years, and the man who loved working Downtown for so long has now discovered he feels the same about living there. No, a move to New York City is not under consideration. He smiled and said, “this is home.”

new gateway to children’s health

Children’s Health Butterflies soar overhead… Children skip...and sunlit colors come to life! Welcome to Oklahoma’s newest landmark. The beautiful six-story, glass atrium at The Children’s Hospital at OU Medical Center serves as a gateway to health for Oklahoma children and their families. Built by the University Hospitals Authority and Trust with community support, the lightfilled design creates a space where form and function are equally appealing. Infused with family-friendly features, it makes a visit to the doctor’s office or a trip to the hospital a more pleasant experience for all. The Children’s Hospital and OU Children’s Physicians have long been Oklahoma’s only providers of comprehensive, specialty children’s medical care. The Women’s & Newborn Center at The Children’s Hospital delivers unique, highly advanced care in the comfort of spacious, family-friendly birthing suites. Now, this magnificent new atrium links all three into one convenient, comprehensive medical facility dedicated to serving Oklahoma’s women and children. The Atrium with its six-story, curving glass roofline is one of the most unique buildings in the entire state. Designed by Miles & Associates of Oklahoma City, its profile has been compared by some to water slides or ski slopes. Beginning April 4, 2011, the Atrium became the new front door for both The Children’s Hospital and the OU Children’s Physicians Medical Office Building.

Gandy is Executive Director of the University Hospitals Authority and Trust, which provided the vision, oversight and funding for the Atrium. “This project has been exciting for all of us because of what it means for Oklahoma’s youngest patients and for the physicians, nurses and other professionals who care for those children. With the help of our architects and our construction team, we have been able to create a very special space — a new front door welcoming young patients and their families to their doctors’ offices and to Oklahoma’s Children’s Hospital,” said Mike Samis, chairman of the Authority and Trust. “This Atrium is breathtaking in both form and function. It creates a welcoming environment where children faced with sometimes life-threatening illness can still be children, while receiving the advanced care they need,” said M. Dewayne Andrews, M.D., executive dean of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. The Atrium will serve as both an entrance and a gathering space for young patients, their families and medical professionals from both the hospital and physicians’ offices. Translating design to reality fell to the construction team from Flintco. Gandy explained the design, though beautiful, did pose an engineering challenge, and he said that challenge was met by the team at Zahr Ford. “This beautiful new front door for our hospital compliments the many enhancements that have taken place inside the hospital too. It sets a new standard, and we are committed to carrying that standard of excellence forward,” said Chuck Spicer, FACHE, chief executive officer, The Children’s Hospital at OU million facilities enhancement project focused on children’s health in Oklahoma. brick by brick

what’s happening in brick town

What’s Happening in Bricktown Almost everyone who grew up in Oklahoma knows the story of Bricktown… a once old abandoned warehouse district, turned vibrant tourism and entertainment district. From fine dinning, to RedHawks Baseball and Big XII Championships, July 4th celebrations and Chevy’s Lower Bricktown Live summer concert series, to the Taste of Bricktown and this past month’s Downtown In December events, Bricktown is truly a year round entertainment destination. It’s no wonder why an estimated 7.5 million visitors a year enjoy the amenities that Bricktown has to offer. While Bricktown has long capitalized on its exceptional entertainment value, never before has Bricktown boasted such diversity. With a number of development projects in the works, the Bricktown community continues to grow into a 24 hour neighborhood. In 2009 the American Banjo Museum made Bricktown its new home, and in 2010 the Chickasaw Nation Visitor Center, along with Limbs for Life, also opened their doors in Bricktown. With the recent purchase of the Oklahoma Hardware Building, the ACM@UCO continues to expand its programming to local student musicians, anticipating that enrollment could top 1,000 students in the next few years. In addition to renovating the building and securing Guestroom Records as one its new tenants, the ACM has also opened a Performance Lab on East Sheridan, which is used not only for student performances but also for professional concerts as well. The office sector continues to grow as well, and Standley Systems plans to move into their building at 3 E. Main early next year, and most recently Palmer Wantland Law Firm has made the 2nd floor of the Kingman Building their new home. Carrie Palmer, one of two founding members, noted the firm loved the vibe and energy they found in Bricktown, and having a space that blended historic character with contemporary design, fit the techsavvy / creative solutions approach to law for which their firm is known. The excitement of watching dirt move on the new AloftTM Hotel and Level Urban Apartments is just the beginning of more to come in the way of development in the Bricktown area this next year. Construction on The Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn is slated to begin soon, and the House of Bedlam project is also anticipated to break ground this coming year. Additionally, in response to the need for increased downtown housing, local developer Gary

Berlin is working feverishly to renovate the upper three floors of the Mercantile Building into apartments and is hopeful to begin construction in 2012 as well. They will range in size from 575 sq. feet for an efficiency apartment, to 1,350 sq. feet for a two bedroom. Rents will most likely range from $975 to $1,500 per month depending on the size and amenities. So, here is “cheers” to a new year, filled with great anticipation and opportunity. The early stakeholders of this growing district saw the potential that Bricktown offered, and after a few decades, their dreams - and ours - are coming to light. Jonathan Krell Stella “Sooo… Would you like to go out Friday night?” I could not resist putting the offer on the table. Who wouldn’t jump at the chance to go out with a successful chef who actually admits his favorite “wine” is Crown Royal and Ginger Ale! His tattoos are eye catching, his smile lights his grill every morning, and he serves dessert for breakfast. Have patience. I won’t fail to describe the intellect or experience of Stella’s Head Chef, Jonathan Krell. Krell majored in audio engineering at the Art Institute of Philadelphia where he grew up. Shortly after, he went on tour with Ozzfest, Slipknot and numerous other heavy metal bands. He owned both a barbecue restaurant and a French-cuisine style Asian restaurant. All of that before he was 30! So now he is settled down and comfortable, right? Wrong! “Right now, I am making sure Stella is ‘rockin’, and that is my biggest focus, so I really just don’t have the time for anything else,” he said. Rejected! Well, what can I say? At least Stella Owner Lori Tyler is proud of her catch.

Gerald Harden The Mantel If the culinary phenomenon of Paris, Germany, Spain, or even the deep Cajun style cuisine of Louisiana has not shut him down, Oklahoma might as well give up on out-challenging Mantel Head Chef Gerald Harden. Although the oven was hot and the pressure even hotter for a good impression, 37-year-old head chef Harden’s inner playfulness shines through in both his food presentations and in his kitchen. Manager Lorin Doan explains chef Harden’s “Bastille Day” shirt to me, as the rest of the staff jokes about the outline of a giant rooster Harden failed to hide with his chef’s coat. “We all get team shirts and play silly games. It’s just a day we celebrate independently owned restaurants,” Doan said. “I was hurrying a little so I didn’t really season it much,” he warns as our staff stares in astonishment at the Seatini Harden has prepared. Without a doubt, “season” is the last thing anyone would want on this perfect presentation of his most prized fresh seafood. Our tongues are left watering and he’s headed back to the kitchen as if this masterpiece is an everyday routine. Wait! It is.

Jonathan Krell, Stella All joking aside, a mood that is difficult to find around Jonathan, a serious conversation can eventually evolve. It is not just the artistic tattoos, brash Yankee style or history with music that sets Jonathan apart from the rest. At 33 years, Krell is more focused than some would guess. He still has an undeniable love for music, but that is in the past when it comes to his career. “My ideal restaurant to work? My own!” he laughs, surprised that one would even ask. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Krell is used to having various fresh food sources available to him in minutes. In Oklahoma it is more difficult, but his resourcefulness sets him apart. “We get our bread from Prairie Thunder made from own recipe and our gelato from Il Dolce in Moore. Those are the only things we do not do in-house,” he admitted. Krell’s kitchen at Stella has no fryer or microwave, and the only thing allowed in the freezer is gelato, so making everything on site keeps him challenged! His love for cooking started at a young age, and so a good challenge is what he is often looking for. After begging for pictures of the young Krell cooking as a child that he insists really do exist, I gave up and just accepted that the proof is only on the plate. With a love for music, and now an equal love for food, Jonathan has the talent to support either or both of his passions. “There is one thing that brings people closer together than music and that is food, and I have gotten to do both, so I consider myself incredibly lucky,” he said. Ozzfest to Slipknot, barbecue to Asian, and then across the country to Oklahoma’s fine dining at The Mantel, Nonna’s, and now Stella, who is to guess what Krell has planned next? I will give you all a little hint: It could be anything, from a Jewish style deli to a tapas bar. He wants to keep us guessing!

Gerald Harden, The Mantel Luckily, I was able to pull Harden off his Monday prep track just long enough to get the majority of his unique ingredients, but unfortunately he held out on the dark secrets of his kitchen recipes. I dug for The Mantel’s signature Lobster Bisque recipe, but Harden held strong. He is, however, willing to speak of his favorite Oklahoma rarity, fresh seafood. “That phone hasn’t stopped ringing all morning. My seafood distributors are calling from Japan, Australia, and Hawaii.” He is nonchalant about the calls; yet very proud of such a diversity of fresh Ahi Tuna, Crab, Scallops and the Lobster he continues to provide to Oklahoma. Harden’s fresh seafood import is his greatest contribution to The Mantel, and has added substantial diversity to a once predominantly landbased menu. Don’t be misguided: land-strong they remain, and respectfully so. “We are one of only a few restaurants in Oklahoma City to have prime beef,” Lorin reminds us. The Mantel still goes out of their way to offer specialty cuts such as The Manhattan and The Delmonico. Prime beef, fresh seafood and in-house desserts can be intimidating no matter a chef’s experience, but Harden is confident and brave. His work in the kitchen shows it, but there just might be more proof hiding with that rooster under his coat. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Harden knew he had more exploring to do. He entered the United States Air Force at 18. Off to Germany, Spain and France he went. He spent nearly all of his free time in the kitchen, no matter the country. “On my weekends, I worked in this tiny little house in Paris that was converted to a restaurant, seating only 10 people. I learned more in that house than anywhere,” Harden said. Luckily we have him back in the kitchen of one of Oklahoma City’s best! Harden is settling back into his roots and is now cooking for more familiar faces. He has a Platt College culinary degree in hand and a wife and son “inhouse.” By the way, young Harden does not prefer his dad’s experienced world of France or even “French” fries, but rather a typical Oklahoma favorite, medium rare steak and potatoes. Harden jumped at the opportunity to lead The Mantel crew four years ago, “I knew I wanted to do fine dining and it is perfect,” he said. It’s a competitive industry, but his customers are staying “fat and happy,” and The Mantel considers itself lucky to have such a tasteful treasure! Mix a cup of international experience and a tablespoon of Louisiana Cajun cuisine with a dash of confidence and a pinch of nurturing nature, and you get head Chef Gerald Harden.

food fight

stella vs the mantel

STELLA

Here they are! We are proud to introduce two of Oklahoma’s culinary best, but what is a “chef battle” without a little win and lose. Harden and Krell definitely have a similar love for food, but their strengths are what bring them head to head, and exactly what makes both Stella and The Mantel highly respectable. Travel about 25 years back and it all makes sense. Harden, raised in Oklahoma, is familiar with the great quality of beef and accessibility. Knowing this, he brings something to The Mantle that is nearly impossible to find in Oklahoma City. He brings to our table the best seafood from Hawaii, Australia, and Japan. Krell, an up-beat Philly native, grew up close enough to the “Big Apple” that nearly all genres of food are pretty equally represented. This gives Jon the creativity and diversity he brings to Stella. He has to keep people guessing, so the menu changes four times a year (mostly for seasonal purposes). A complete menu change is not something Harden does often because of his loyalty to his extremely high-end ingredients as well as his featured specials. Everyday there is both a land and sea special at The Mantel. Harden traveled overseas early in life and came back with

the most raw of French cuisine. “My necessary ingredients in any kitchen are eggs, heavy cream and real butter.” The Mantel also has Paris to thank for Harden’s dessert making skills. Lorin is proud to say the only dessert not coming from their own kitchen is coming from New York, and that is none other than their New York Cheesecake.

Krell went on the road after college. Indeed he learned about food; however, he learned even more about people. He keeps the kitchen at Stella close-knit and compatible, He claims you can taste the mood in the food, so he hires his staff based on the confidence and passion they show on the line. “My necessary ingredients in the kitchen are passion, creativity, and patience,” he said. Charming, right? Yes, well these are also all the ingredients he uses in his daily specials. Today it is a pomegranate molasses braised lamb shoulder coming hot out of the brick oven. Who is to say what he will dream up tomorrow!

THE MANTEL

Don’t get too excited. There is really no winner or loser in this battle. Each chef has something different to offer, the perfect reason to just go experience both Stella and The Mantel, then decide for yourself. This holiday season is the perfect time to get together and enjoy Oklahoma’s fine dining, so go warm up with Stella’s Italian wedding soup or indulge in The Mantel’s Lobster Bisque. If you are really looking for an unforgettable dining experience, the word on the street is The Mantel is the place meal offering five entrees and three desserts! Stella has not

Soon, they will have access to a Youth Pavilion with a four-story Sky Trail™ and a 700-hundred-foot adventure zip line across the Oklahoma River. The Youth Pavilion will be adjacent to the new playground. The 16,000-square-foot open-air facility will anchor an OKC RIVERSPORT Sky Trail™ and Adventure Zip Line over the Oklahoma River while creating a central hub for youth outreach and family activities. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma has made a $500,000 contribution toward the project. “The Oklahoma River is increasingly becoming an ‘adventure’ destination and we’re taking it to a whole new level,” said OKC Boathouse Foundation Executive Director Mike Knopp. “Activities like kayaking, rowing and stand up paddle boarding already provide unique experiences; adding the Youth Pavilion, Sky Trail™ and Adventure Zip Line will expand the options for adventure and fun.” Ph oto by G e o rg i a R e ad

marking another milestone St. Anthony Hospital announced another milestone in its 10-year campus development plan, initiated in 2004, with the celebration of the grand opening and dedication of the Rapp Foundation Conference Center in June. The upscale, multi-purpose conference facility offers a grand meeting room, a board room, several breakout rooms, a patio and a terrace room with state-of-the-art audio visual capabilities throughout. The conference facilities address the increasing need identified by St. Anthony for easily accessible meeting rooms for employee, physician and community events. The spacious outdoor patio area offers a spectacular view of the Downtown OKC skyline. The Robert Glenn Rapp Foundation provided the lead gift for the facility. Additional philanthropic donations for the project were provided through the St. Anthony Foundation’s Saints Vision Campaign and the hospital’s capital infrastructure funding. “As a non-profit, we are fortunate to have tremendous support from the community, our physicians and employees to assist us in fulfilling our mission. The St. Anthony Foundation’s Saints Vision Campaign has provided key support both for this conference center and for our campus development,” said Joe Hodges, St. Anthony president. In August the grand meeting room was named the Sister Mary Jean Ryan Conference Room in honor of former SSM Health Care CEO Sister Mary Jean Ryan. Sister had served as CEO of SSM since 1986. She transitions to the role of Chair of SSM this year. The grand room offers a seating capacity of 354, auditorium style, as well as 200 for seated luncheons and dinners. The board room has a seating capacity of 50 and may be divided into two distinct areas. Each room features projection capabilities. The Rapp Foundation Conference Center is in the Saints Medial Plaza building, located at 535 N.W. 9th Street & Walker, on the 4th floor. For Fashion Sake B y A d r i a n e S c h e re r We are all cringing at the thought of the approaching brutally cold winter weather. No need to fear. The best part about winter is putting on more clothes…and more…and more. More clothes equals more shopping, more shoes to match, and more styles to wear. For our premier issue, we couldn’t resist giving you a head start on your fashion senses and selections. What better way than to feature gorgeous women showcasing these beautiful outfits at the Chesapeake Boathouse, wearing none other than Jean Paul Gaultier. Not yet familiar with his edgy yet classic styles? Let us help with that. We selected him, and a few other of our favorite designers, to show off. Planning on heading out to enjoy some fine dining and wine? No worries. LEFT: Moschino Cheap and Chic has a great selection this season. This “Fox Fur Coat” has the best of both warming worlds with the finest cashmere and wool ($5995). It is perfect for a chilly night on the Bricktown river walk. Put it on over our favorite Alberta Ferretti winter contribution. Her tan leather dress is simple, professional, and versatile ($1650). TOP: Moschino Cheap and Chic is also offering something for those rare breaks in Oklahoma’s unpredictable weather. This Polka Dot Silk Dress ($995) is the perfect upbeat outfit for an “Indian Summer” afternoon outing. Throw on your favorite jean jacket for a casual lunch. january 2011

LEFT: The “Heron Blo” jacket by Belstaff has the perfect combination of classy cashmere, spunky leather, and soul warming mix of wool and fur to keep you warm on a night out on the town. The zippers and leather offer a risqué biker chick feel and the short length keeps it edgy. Edgy converts to elegant when the jacket is paired with this Jean Paul Gaultier FEMME jersey skirt. It features long zippers with a silk underlay ($1420). Keep it in the combo or take a more casual route with your favorite darkwash jeans that go perfectly with Gaultier’s FUZZI green tank made of nylon jersey ($185). You can stay comfortable but definitely still warm and trendy. RIGHT: Love the skirt but prefer dresses? Achieve the same chic look with Jean Paul Gaultier FEMME in a long dress ($1485). Put on your hottest heels and you are ready for a night on the town. However you choose to layer your winter style, be sure to head down to Chesapeake Boathouse where you can enjoy anything from Oklahoma River bike trails, Boathouse 101 class, or even “erg” the improved modern version of indoor rowing. You can join in on their yoga/stretching class or take advantage of the fitness/training room overlooking the river. Either way, go out and flaunt it because now…you’ve got it! Chocolate Decadence 2012 will be held Thursday, Feb. 2 from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m., again at 825 N. Broadway, the Hudson-Essex Loft Offices, in one of the coolest venues this City has to offer. Hosted by Automobile Alley, all proceeds from this year’s party will once again be given back to the neighborhood fondly known as the “front door to Downtown.” In previous years, proceeds

Our guests have come to expect a wonderfully unique evening which is why this event sells out earlier and earlier each year,” said Francy Palmer of RCB Bank of Nichols Hills, co-chair of the event.
