Materials • Pierrot Yarns Wash a la Mode [70% acrylic, 30% superwash wool; 138 yds / 126m per 1.41 oz. / 40g skein]; o A) rabbit:  color #21 rose; 1 skein [small amount]  color #23 pink; 1 skein [7g]  color #30 black; 1 skein [small amount] o B) tiger:  color #4 gold brown; 1 skein [7g]  color #30 black; 1 skein [small amount] o C) monkey:  color #27 brown; 1 skein [6g]  color #24 beige; 1 skein [5g]  color #30 black; 1 skein [small amount]  color #21 rose; 1 skein [small amount] • 3.0mm crochet hook; US C or D is closest equivalent • small amount cotton or polyfiber stuffing (or use scrap yarn) • tapestry needle

Gauge: • No gauge is specified. Use hook size necessary to achieve tight fabric so stuffing will not be visible.

Finished measurements: • rabbit: approx. 12cm/4.7" tall • tiger: approx. 10.5cm/4.1" tall • monkey: approx. 11.5cm/4.5" tall ❖ Note: finished sizes are approximate. Size may vary depending on tension and stuffing.

Rabbit Create magic ring and make the head, torso, feet, arms, ears, and tail in single crochet (US) following the diagrams. Leave long tails of yarn for seaming later. Embroider the eyes, nose, and mouth on the head. Stuff the head with cotton (or other stuffing). Join all the parts. Note: only the head is worked in a continuous spiral; the other parts are worked in rounds.

Hands (make 2) Use color #23; work 6 sc for 3 rounds.

Tiger Create magic ring and make the head, torso, feet, mouth, ears, and tail in single crochet (US) following the diagrams. Leave long tails of yarn for seaming later. Embroider the eyes on the head. Stuff the head with cotton (or other stuffing). Embroider the nose and mouth on the head, stuff the nose, and seam to head using whipstitch. Join all the parts. Paying attention to the overall balance of the body, stitch stripes onto back of head and body. Note: only the head and tail are worked in a continuous spiral; the other parts are worked in rounds.
