The Medox Champion of the Month program rewards our disability support workers and clinical nurse teams for going above and beyond in supporting our clients.
How does it work?
• Drake Medox Consultants and/or clients will nominate staff membe rs for the Medox Champion of The Month award.
* Staff can also nominate a colleague, and these nominations will be taken into consideration each month!
• Nominations are based on how the staff member demonstrates one of our values: Respect | Achievement | Passion | Integrity | Diversity & Inclusion
• A ‘Champion’ is selected monthly in every state & territory.
• All Champions are profiled in our newsletter and receive a shout-out on our socials!
