The Drake Champion of the Month program rewards our candidates for going above and beyond in their roles.
How does it work?
• Consultants will nominate candidates for the Champion of the Month award.
• Candidates are nominated for demonstrating one of our RAPID values:
•Respect • Achievement • Passion • Integrity • Diversity & Inclusion
• Monthly Champions from each state are profiled in our newsletter and celebrated across our socials!
The monthly prize!
Each Champion receives:
A $50 e-gift voucher at any retailer
End of year grand prize!
A Certificate of Excellence
All 2024 Champions will go into the end-of-year draw to win either:
•A luxurious local getaway for 2 (dinner & breakfast included) OR
•A $500 gift voucher!
Winners will be announced mid-December, 2024!
