Drake International use a rostering system called ENTO. Please download this app and follow the steps. Shelby will be able to assist on site.
We advise all casuals with a smartphone to download the free ENTO employee app:
Please ensure you enable ‘Notifications’ via your Phone notification settings for the ENTO app
If you don’t have a smartphone, you will be able to access your account via the ENTO website: Go to website
When you are first rostered to a shift, you will receive a Welcome Email and SMS that contains details of your shift and a link to login.
To log into your account:
1. Click on the link in the Welcome email/SMS
2. Click ‘Next’and ‘Forgot your Password’
3. Use your mobile number or email as your username and click ‘Request New Password’to have reset instructions sent to your email and mobile
a)Areset link will be sent to your email. If using this option, click on the link and follow the prompts to reset your password. OR
b)Atemporary password will be sent to your mobile number. If using this option, open the app or click on the link in the SMS. Enter your mobile number in the username field and enter the ‘Reset Code’you received in the SMS to reset your password.
Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to create a new password. Please note that the password must be a minimum of 6 characters and contain a number

The ENTO app will allow you to:
Check current and future shifts
Clock in and out of shifts (where applicable)
Submit and manage your unavailability
Sync your shifts to your personal calendar and more.
