AGENDA

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA APRIL 20 - 22, 2022

WELCOME

It is my pleasure to introduce you all to our Global Business Strategy and Leadership Conference to be held in Australia from Wednesday April 20th to Friday April 22nd. The plan is to arrive in Australia on Monday/Tuesday, which should give you ample time to settle in before our Welcome Drinks and Dinner at a Sydney landmark on Tuesday evening. We will meet in the hotel lobby at 17:00pm. The dinner venue is a short walk from the hotel. Full day sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be held in the King Room, Hyatt Regency Hotel. The theme for the conference is Closing the Gaps. We should all be very proud of the tremendous progress our business has made over the last 2 years, but we are all well aware of the challenges both today and in the future. The conference is an opportunity to both celebrate our success and chart our way forward. On Wednesday, we will focus on where we are now, covering key stakeholder introductions, an overview of the business (past, present and future) finishing the day with a full report of the business. Thursday will be our Strategy day where we will cover business challenges, a Purpose, Values and Objectives Workshop, finishing up with our business strategy for 2022 and beyond. Friday will be a more interactive day where we workshop the future of the business. Together, we will plan how we are going to achieve our mission, goals and objectives. We will finish the formal part of the conference with a team dinner on Friday night, then on Saturday - we will be teambuilding on the heights of the Sydney Harbour Bridge! The success of the conference resides in the contribution from all of you. We hope that this conference will not only be informative, but interactive, engaging and above all - useful as we work towards achieving our business goals for this financial year and beyond. Included with the agenda is a short survey so please be sure to complete this as soon as possible. Your survey responses will plug directly into the content of our conference, so it is important that we receive responses from all of you well before the conference The following information outlines all that you need to know about the conference agenda, the hotel and other venues and activities. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Natalie. See you soon in Australia! Grant
