ARRAN’S ISLAND Winter Warmer Ingredients

• 50ml Arran 18 year-old • 15ml Oloroso Sherry • 15ml Orange Shrub Method

Either straight up with ice or top up with Fever Tree Smoky Ginger Ale and serve with ice. 4 DRAM Winter Cocktails


AVVA White Lady Ingredients

• 35ml Avva Scottish Gin • 25ml fresh Lemon Juice • 15ml Cointreau • 15ml Sugar Syrup Method Prep glass with ice, fill shaker 3/4 with ice and add above measures. Shake 5-10 seconds to entirely combine ingredients. Empty ice from glass & strain shaker into glass. Garnish with lemon peel, perfect refreshing drink to start the evening! Elderflower Collins Ingredients

• 1 part Black Bottle Whisky • 20ml freshly squeezed Lemon Juice • 12.5ml Elderflower Cordial • 1 part Soda Water Method

Pour first three ingredients into glass, fill with ice, add soda water, stir, garnish with a lemon zest twist. 6 DRAM Winter Cocktails

• 35ml Boë Violet Gin • 15ml Aperol • 75ml Pink Grapefruit Soda Splash Method Build in to Copa wine glass. Garnish: Grapefruit wedge basil leaf cracked pepper Elevation: Ting grapefruit soda instead grapefruit and soda Splash of champagne instead of soda Splash of prosecco instead of soda Use Select Aperitivo instead of Aperol (strong colour little bit sweeter and more rounded)

Palomas Boë Ingredients

• 35ml Boë Passion • 20ml Silver Tequila • 20ml Fresh Lime Juice • 5-10ml Agave Nectar • Chillis and Cranberries Method

Mix all ingredients into a tall glass add ice, muddle chillis and cranberries and top with soda. Garnish with chopped chilli. 8 DRAM Winter Cocktails

AULD Alliance Ingredients • 50ml Crabbies 1837 Gin • 12.5ml Cointreau • 12.5ml Lemoncello • Squeeze of Fresh Lime • Crabbies Ginger Beer Method Shake all the ingredients together and strain into a Collins glass. Top up with Crabbies Ginger Beer or Soda. Garnish with a Rosemary sprig, Lemon ribbon and zest of ginger. 10 DRAM Winter Cocktails


SAILOR’S Saviour Ingredients

• 35ml Yardhead • 10ml Lime Cordial • 2x Angostura Bitters • Ginger Beer Method

Pour Yardhead and lime cordial into an ice filled highball glass, top up with ginger beer or ginger ale and add two dashes of bitters. Stir and garnish with a lime wheel. DRAM Winter Cocktails

• 25ml Lemon & Jasmine Gin • 25ml Limoncello • 12.5ml Lemon Juice • Muddled Thyme Method

Build in glass. Topped with sweet lemonade.

• 50ml Bramble & Honey Gin • 25ml Red Wine • 100ml Apple Juice Method

Warmed up together on a stove. Garnished with cloves.

• 50ml Rhubarb & Ginger Gin. • Splash of Vermouth. Method

Stir together in a mixing glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

• 50ml Kintyre Pink Gin • 25ml Raspberry Syrup • 50ml Expresso Coffee Method

PINK Spritz Ingredients • Large Stem Glass & Cubed Ice • 50ml Strawberry & Lime Kopparberg • Premium Gin • 15ml Grenadine Method In a large stem glass pour 50ml of Strawberry & Lime Kopparberg Premium Gin over cubed ice. Top with equal amounts of soda water and prosecco to taste and finish with a large wedge of pink grapefruit. 16 DRAM Winter Cocktails


SOUR CHERRY Martinez Ingredients

• 45ml Luxardo Sour Cherry Gin • 30ml Sweet Vermouth • 5ml Luxardo Maraschino Originale • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters Method

Serve in a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.

SOME LIKE IT HOT Toddie Ingredients • 35ml Pickering’s Original 1947 Gin • 125ml Cloudy Apple Juice • 1 Teaspoon of Honey • Squeeze of Lemon (juice & zest) • Handful of Cloves / Star Anise Method

Add cloudy apple juice, honey, a generous squeeze of lemon, cinnamon stick, a few cloves and star anise into a clean metal milk jug. Heat the mixture using the milk foaming wand. Remove from the heat and then add the gin and stir thoroughly. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a lemon twist.

THE PERFECT Negroni Ingredients

• 25ml Whitetail Dry Gin • 25ml Campari • 25ml Sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica, Cinzano Rosso, or Punt e Mes) Method In a mixing glass, give all three ingredients a few quick turns over very cold ice until blended. Yardhead is the single malt whisky designed for mixing produced by John Crabbie & Co of Leith, Edinburgh. Beinn an Tuirc Distillers Ltd is based in the heart of the Kintyre Peninsula on the stunning west coast of Scotland. We power our gin still with our very own hydro electricity and try to keep sustainability at the core of our business.Our water is sourced from the hill from which we take our name - Beinn an Tuirc, which translates from gaelic as The Hill of the Wild Boar, located above our distillery building.

Inspired by the expressive nature of Mull, we add a splash of spirit from the Tobermory whisky stills to create a unique character. Distilled on the island with a rich palate of hand-selected botanicals including juniper, tea, heather, elderflower, sweet orange peel, and just a little bit of knowledge from our 220 years of history. Tobermory Gin starts life as a blank canvas. The base spirit we use has been distilled over and over until it is just that. Clean, fresh and ready to take on a colourful array of flavour. All of the botanicals are steeped for a minimum of 24 hours in our base spirit. This is made up of blank canvas (Grain Neutral Spirit) and our very own spirit from our Tobermory whisky stills.
