Dr Andy Clegg

Described as ‘one of the most innovative and enterprising academics working in the field of employer engagement’ and commended on the ‘standard of my industry relevant education’, I utilise over 22 years of Higher Education and industry practitioner experience to provide unique approaches to work-based learning to bring real enhancement, ‘currency, credibility and legitimacy’ to the student learning experience. As a SFHEA, I have a demonstrable track record of leading strategic change, working within the context of NSS and TEF-related learner metrics. I am motivated to deliver high quality pedagogic enhancement in partnership with students, staff and employers, notably through the provision of transformative professional development events, and the mentoring and coaching of staff to help them realise their own potential to deliver inspirational learning and teaching.
