Dr. Candice Matthews

Dr. Candice Matthews Statewide Vice Chair is an honorary doctorate recipient, is a highly accomplished administrator and organizational leader in Houston, Texas. Currently, she is responsible for creating, developing, and implementing cost- and time-effective strategic plans for the Children of Diversity Foster Adoption Agency organization. She oversees the organization's daily operations as well as committee management, staff development, and the creation of business plans in conjunction with the Texas Departments of Family and Protective Services and Human Health Services.
