Riverside DREAM Monthly Snapshot September 2013 Program Happenings and Highlights Riverside DREAM started off a fall semester of fantastic mentoring with returning co-chair Elizabeth Whitney and new co-chairs Lizzy Healy and Danielle Novotney. This year,mentors at Riverside worked with Elm Street mentors to recruit, interview, and train new mentors. Riverside accepted 23 new mentors! Mentors posted September and October program calendars in the Riverside community.

Weekly Programming with Youth Riverside and Elm Street joined togetherfor a fun fall kick-off of swimming, healthy eating, and nature exploration at Oakledge Park. Mentors and mentees played outdoor games at Ethan Allen Park. Riverside youth and mentors picked Fuji and McIntosh apples at Shelburne Orchards. At the end of the month, Riverside joined again with Elm Street to throw a chili cook-off fundraiser on campus. Thank you for your ongoing support of DREAM!
