Neda Resort Project There are few hidden treasures left in this ever-shrinking world, where all of life's pleasures combine to create an atmosphere of relaxation and joy. In one of Greece's most pristine sandy beaches in Western Peloponnesus, we have created a resort that blends exclusivity and privacy for individuals who enjoy wellbeing in harmony with nature. The Resort is situated in a unique beachfront property, which stretches over 2.5 kilometers on one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece with golden sand and large width and length, the Elea bay. B) Location Were The estate is located in the coastal region Agiannaki Kyparissias in western Messinia along the Elaia Bay. The village is about 13 km away from the city and the port of Kyparissia, 63 km from Pyrgos, 67 km from the city of Kalamata, 100 km from the city of Tripoli, 155 km from Patra and 255 km from Athens. There is also the international airport of Kalamata 43 km away, and two airports that are out of use for the moment, outside of Pirgos and Tripoli, just 34 km and 65 km away respectively. The area of Kalo Nero is a protected ecological area and study of sea turtle Caretta - Caretta (Natura). The visitor is asked to respect the laws of nature and to experience up close the memorable experiences, touching hatchlings running on sand. Access to the village is quick and ease and is crossed by the road Kalamata - Pirgos. Kyparissia is a destination all year around for Europe and Greece. The climate is temperate in Messinia. The residential development of Kyparissia is mainly in the center, the port and the central axes. To the nearby coastal areas, tourist complexes, villas and traditional houses are being developed. Most homes are well-constructed with stone facedes for maximum exploitation of the plot ratio, alignment with the environment, and use for vacation or permanent residence in summer or winter respectively.
Panagia
It is no exaggeration for someone to say that the area is a paradise on earth. A strip of land that is 'locked in' by a beautiful pine forest from the east and from a marvelous golden sandy wide beach from the west, that ends in the blue waters of the Ionian Sea. The sense of calm and euphoria repent anyone who might walk along the coast or within the path through the woods. The Villas
Taking seriously into account the unique characteristics of the landscape, with an aim of creating prime living spaces in harmony with nature, our architectural team has prepared site-specific plans that provide each one of our signature beachfront villas with unrestricted views on the Ionian Sea and the magnificent surroundings. Blending the traditional Messinian architectural and masonry style with contemporary coastal real estate design, our architects have prepared six different villa types to accommodate all possible requests in style, sophistication and size, while at the same time maintaining a homogenous environment, a low center of gravity and minimum distraction of the natural landscape.

Extra care has been given to ensure that each villa is located within an abundant plot of land, anging between 4.7 to 12.3 thousand m2 (1-3 acres), so that each house enjoys maximum privacy. The sense of seclusion is further enhanced by the native vegetation. The Villas are spacious, master-crafted, one or two floor homes, where the living spaces extend directly to extensive outdoor decks through large openings that allow panoramic views. The western orientation offers unique experiences of greek sunset into the sea.
