Welcome Welcome to the first edition of
Dream Weddings the magazine. I hope it will convince you that South Central Pennsylvania offers the necessary elements to make your dreams come true, whether you’re having an intimate shabby-chic affair for 25 or an all-out bling-bling extravaganza for hundreds. I became involved in the industry through my eight-year association with The House of Clarendon, first as a student and now as its owner. I love weddings – in fact, they’ve become my passion! I like to say that I get married everyday!
Of course, television brings fabulous weddings into our living rooms through a variety of reality shows. Unfortunately, large cities – New York, Philadelphia, Miami, Dallas and Los Angeles – provide the settings for many of these shows. As the credits roll, brides are left to wonder if the professionals in their hometowns could possibly possess the creative levels of the talented people they’ve come to know through television. As I discovered through working on weddings, that line of thought is totally wrong! In fact, the talented professionals I’ve worked with inspired an idea – a wedding reality show for South Central Pennsylvania. Luckily, WGAL was onboard and I’m proud to say season two of Dream Weddings began airing in January. Since I’m a visual person, it seemed only logical that my next step was to produce a companion piece to
