Something as simple as your diet can hav e a profound effect on how you look and feel. Sure the right kind of food w ill help you stay slim and healthy, but it doesn’t stop there. Food can also help us to look younger and feel more energetic. Food can also be applied on your face; yes you could apply some food directly on your skin and improv e how you look. Foods like v egetables, fruits, nuts, eggs and many other foods are full of antioxidants; v itamins and other ingredients that fight w rinkles, rehydrate your skin and take off years from your appearance. 17 Foods to a Younger Looking You 1. Lemon Juice:

Lemon Juice is great to apply to your skin. Some of the benefits of lemon juice on your skin include: 1) it can heal acne because of its natural anti-bacterial properties, also prev enting future acne breakouts. 2) I t is a natural exfoliant for your skin, the citric acid acts as a gentle "skin peel" that remov es the top layer of dead skin cells. Application of lemon juice is often helpful to be done at bedtime so that you leav e the juice on the skin ov ernight.
