CHATEAU ROYAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR LIVING (Revised OCTOBER, 2000)
General Rules: 1.
The public halls, sidewalks, stairways, parking areas, any other public areas shall not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than for ingress to and egress from the individual units.
2.
Common areas shall not be used for storage, nor for placement of furniture or any other articles, including, but not limited to, plants, boxes, shopping carts, etc.
3.
Owners or occupants shall not make or permit any disturbing noises to be made in the building or on the premises by himself, his family, tenants, servants or other invitees; nor do or permit anything to be done by such persons that would interfere with the rights, comforts, or convenience of other owners or occupants.
4.
Owners or occupants shall not play or allow to be played any musical instrument, radio, TV, stereo, tape recorder, or the like in the demised premises between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., if the same shall disturb or annoy other owners or occupants of the building.
5.
Owners and occupants shall not put their names in any entry, passageway, vestibule, hall or stairway of the building, except in the proper place or in the mailbox provided for use of the units occupied by them, respectively.
6.
Rugs shall not be beaten on patios or outdoor living areas, stairways, or in the halls or corridors, and no dust, rubbish, or litter swept from any unit into the halls or entryways of the building.
7.
Bundles or refuse shall not be permitted to be left in corridors, foyer entrances, walkways, courtyards, parking lots or on lawns. Exposed balconies and patios are not to be used for unsightly storage.
8.
Garbage and trash are to be handled a.s directed by the Board of Chateau Royal Association, Inc. Garbage pickup is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. on days -1-
