Our brands Trimade has assembled a unique collection of brands which we use to build custom incentive travel kits. Many of these brands are exclusive to Trimade Travel Incentives and are not readily available for corporate groups. These brands all have top of class product lines and excellent reputations and image in the sports, outdoor, adventure, fashion and luxury markets. We create a perfect match to exceed the high expectations of your event attendees.

Getting Started Every kit we create is completely custom for your event. Here’s how we do it:
The Order Process
1.
Gather information on your attendees, group size, location, theme, activities planned and budget.
2.
Provide suggestions (based on your feedback from step 1) for a bag or pack, sun and skin care, optics, footwear, apparel, electronics and accessories. *We can also include your company provided materials into the kits.
3.
If you choose footwear or apparel, we will then gather names and sizes for fitting.
4.
Once we arrive at your perfect product mix, we will create custom personalized tags for each kit so when your guests arrive, the kits are at the hotel ready to be handed out or delivered to their rooms.
5.
With the proper quantities, we will also host a sandal, sunglass, or apparel fitting party at your event which ensures that extra wow factor.
