It sells a broad range of styles from timeless classics to modern basics, allowing the customer to find their own unique style. To introduce H&M’s new Conscious line, the retail space and shopping bags will be redesigned to portray a more natural environment. This will create a unique experience for customers, and if they like the bag enough they will keep resusing it each time they shop at H&M.

Target is the second largest discount retailer in the U.S. Fortune magazine ranked the company No. 22 on its list of “World’s Most Admired Companies” of 2011. Target wants its customers to expect more, which is why it is constantly getting new products out for the upcoming season. Young women always want to get the next season’s clothes ahead of time, but many don’t think of Target as a top of mind brand to fulfill that want. Inspired by the famous Christmas song, “Let it Snow”, Target will show it offers next seasons clothes in advance through a direct mail catalog.

Sweetie Pies is a fictitious brand inspired by vintage designs, the movie Pleasantville, and the classic 1950’s style. It was created from a wish for the world to be as simple and sweet as it once was. By using design aspects from 1950’s patterns, and injecting personality characteristics from Bud and Mary Sue in Pleasantville to create packaging, consumers will see how simplicity and old world charm can make them feel happy and at ease again.
