The Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design at Drexel University is dedicated to the multidisciplined education of students in the areas of design, media and the performing and visual arts. Westphal offers 18 undergraduate majors, 28 undergraduate minors and nine graduate programs housed in award-winning, technologically-enhanced facilities including, two performing arts theaters, a film screening room, an art gallery, a notable collection of over 30,000 historic costumes, a record label, and a world-class music studio. Westphal values a studio approach to classes, which are taught by industry-leading faculty who are at the top of their diverse disciplines. Drexel’s renowned cooperative education program (Co-op) incorporates six months of professional experience into the curriculum for all undergraduate students. Students produce sophisticated work through creative, multi-disciplinary practices, which provides meaningful shared experiences that promote individual and communal growth.
