girls have been around here 10 plus years and they really understand what customer service is. Plus, they know that they will be here the next time the customers come in, so they make sure there visit is a great one whether it’s their first time here or they have been back five or six times.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE AMENITIES AND COMFORTS CUSTOMERS WILL FIND WHEN THE WALK ONTO THE LOT?

A. Man, I’m glad you asked! We are very proud of our newly remodeled Parts Department at the Mayflower location and boy did it need it. Everything’s new from the walls to the floors. Since we have three full service facilities in the state, if we don’t have the part at one store we probably will have it at the other, and, you could have the part you need the same day.

I HEAR YOU HAVE A GREAT FINANCE DEPARTMENT THAT CAN WORK WITH CUSTOMERS TO HELP GET THEM INTO THE CARS/RVS THEY WANT. WHAT SHOULD CUSTOMERS KNOW ABOUT FINANCING? SHOULD BAD CREDIT SCORES KEEP THEM FROM STOPPING BY?

Your First Off Road Adventure So you have taken the plunge and decided its time you and your family take your new Jeep out for its first Off Road Adventure. That’s GREAT! I promise you will have the time of your life. BUT... Before you head out, let’s go over a few things you need to have with you every time you hit the trails. First, some simple recovery gear. A tow strap that’s rated for the weight of your vehicle. Some heavy duty gloves. Also, you want to make sure you have proper tow points in the front and rear of your vehicle. If you have a current Jeep JK, you should be fine. Anything else, check it out before you go. Additionally, I would pick up a heavy duty D-Ring and keep it handy. These make it easier and safer to hook tow ropes together. The second thing you should have is an air gauge for your tires. When you go off of the paved roads and get on rocky trails, it’s best to air down your tires to around 12-15 psi. This is so you are less likely to pop a tire on a sharp rock, and it gives you better traction. But before you air down, make sure you have a way to air them back up when you are finished. Most Off Road Parks and group trail rides have air up stations to help you out with this. Finally a few safety items you should carry along when hitting the trails. Cell phone chargers, are always good to have, but most times there isn’t cell service way back in the woods, so a CB Radio helps you call out for help, should something happen. A fire extinguisher is also a great thing to have on board, should something overheat. Also I highly recommend a first aid kit! I can’t tell you how many band aids I have had to apply to my daughter after she has fallen while walking around on the trails.
