Cell growth activation by promoting DNA synthesis PDRN, as tissue regeneration activator (TRA), activates the proliferation of fibroblasts in demis, and this effect is dose-dependent in a certain dose range.

Stimulation on various growth factors PDRN, as a tissue regeneration activator (TRA), interacting with A2 purinergic receptor stimulates the secretion of various growth factors as below.
VEGF Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is known a kind of growth factor as an important signaling protein to stimulate a new blood vessel formation and growth. VEGF is a part of restoration system for oxygen supply when blood circulation is inadequate.
bFGF During wound healing, various enzymes activate basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), thus promoting the growth of fibroblasts, mediating the formation of dermal tissues and stimulating capillary generation.
IGF-1 Insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) through AKT pathway plays an important role in promoting cell growth and proliferation of muscles, cartilage, nerve and skin, and can delay program cell death.
IL-8 IL-8(Interleukin-8) which is a chemokine signals other immune cells to come in to the site of inflammation, and mediates these immune cells can reduce the inflammatory response.
Angiopoietin Angiopoietin is a protein growth factor to promote the formation of blood vessels from pre-existing blood vessels unlike VEGF.

D+CELL 350 TRA I vitalizes the regeneration and growth of tissues in dermis. And these actions induce to fill up the depressed tissues of the dermis and allow to re-fomulate the skin tissues into healthy conditions.

D+CELL 350 TRA I activates the secretion and proliferation of fibroblast. The increase of fibroblast produces various components of dermis such as collagen, elastin, reticular fiber and GAGs (Glycosaminoglycans), and these components enlarge dermis as a result. Furthermore, its advantageous effects can be maximized when it is treated with proper processes using in cosmetic and plastic operation.

Also, D+CELL 350 TRA I improves skin elasticity in scalp, and specilly promotes the formation of a blood vessel as well as the growth of hair bulb.

A variety of factors such as aging, UV and exposure to many chemical materials occur the reduction of fibroblasts and their activities. This reduction results in the decrease of components for skin and accordingly low skin elasticity. Different from skin cell vitalization by temporally stimulation or moisturizing, D+CELL 350 TRA II gives the proliferation of fibroblast to restore and boost skin elasticity and vitality.
