Dr. O John Ma's interest in medicine remained firm with his retirement - in 2020, he co-authored a new contribution to a textbook, Ma and Matey's Emergency Ultrasound, fourth edition. This text incorporated significant updates regarding the use of ultrasound to detect COVID-19. Dr. Ma remains an active and respected member of the medical community.
