400 g de batatinhas 400 g de castanhas 1 dl de azeite

2 coxas de pato 2 peitos de pato 2 cebolas 2 dentes de alho 200 g de mistura de cogumelos 1 dl de vinho branco 1 laranja (sumo) 12 ameixas sem caroço

Coza as batatas com a pele em água fervente com sal. Retire a casca às castanhas e coloque em àgua a ferver, durante dois minutos. Retire-as do lume, arrefeça-as e pele-as. Retire, também, a pele às batatas; reserve. Leve o azeite ao lume, junte o pato com a pele para baixo, tempere com sal e aloure de ambos os lados. Junte a cebola, previamente picada, o alho laminado e os cogumelos e aloure tudo, mexendo de vez em quando.

Regue com o vinho, o molho inglês e o sumo de laranja. Deixe ferver por um minuto e transfira tudo para um tabuleiro. Junte as castanhas, as batatas e leve ao forno por 30 minutos a 190ºC. A cinco minutos do fim, junte as ameixas. No final sirva decorado com alecrim.

MODO DE PREPARAÇÃO INGREDIENTES 1 - Marinada Carne Aba de Vaca 1/4 ramo - Coentros Picados

1/2 limão (sumo) 2 dentes de alho ralado 1 c. chá semente de coentros e cominhos - tostados e moídos

Misturar tudo e envolver na carne. Antes de cozinhar, temperar c/sal e pimenta. Grelhar na chapa c/fio de azeite e virar só 1 vez. De seguida cortar em tirar pequenas. Misturar 1 c. sopa dee cominhos

Azeite q.b. Sal e pimenta q.b. 2 - Feijão Refrito 1 cebola rouxa

Azeite q.b. 1 dente de alho ralado Sal e pimenta q.b. 1 e 1/2 colher de margarina Feijão (vermelho, preto ou manteiga) 3 - Guacamole 4 - Queijo chedar ralado

Picar a cebola e refogar numa frigideira com um fio de azeite e juntar o alho e temperar c/ sal e pimenta. Juntar a margarina e deixar dereter. Juntar o feijão e a água e o cozer até tapar o feijão e adicionar os cominhos. Deixar apurar e esmagar o feijão para ficar c/ uma consistência espessa. Por fim, colocar numa taça.
