MEET DARAH I am the owner of DROOL� a baby and child photography business that provides clients with fine art portraiture. I am an award winning photographer with a passion for photographing babies and young children in the most natural and unique environments. Over the past 1O years I have traveled all over the United States to learn from the industry's best photogra phers. I am always learning new techniques in order to continue to offer my clients high end, modern, and up to date photography. It is through photography that I have been able to fulfill my desire to create. The DROOL Dream Sessions, established in 2014, is one of many creative endeavours photography has allowed me to pursue. It all began when I mentioned the concept of these sessions to a small group of colleagues. After I explained a theme to them, they jumped on board to help me photograph my first DROOL Dream Session, 'The Girty, Whimsy, Unicorn Shoot." With so much success and interest in this theme, I have decided to shoot it again...only this time it will be even better'
My Dream Session Style: I love shooting these sessions in natural light and unique locations. These images will be magical, whimsical, and timeless. Specifically, the "Unicorn & Me" is all about the little girls. I want them to shine as the true princesses they are. Each one of them will wear a crown and will be dressed in only the best in little girls fasion, Tutu De Monde. I will work with each parent to come up with the perfect final looks which will include hair, make-up and accessories.
My Intentions: I intend to provide my clients with a luxurious experience that their little girl will remember forever. THE FINAL PRODUCT A TRUE PIECE OF FINE ART. WAX WORKS ENCAUSTIC PAINTING The process of building layers of organic beeswax over a photo足 graph allows the ability to create a 3 dimensional texture, as opposed to faux texture in Photoshop. Then using oil paints in hues that compliment the image, the photograph takes on a more painterly feel; making it a one-of-a-kind encaustic painting. �FAQs� Q: ls the horse real?
A: I get this question a lot' Although styled images take a lot of Photoshop work, yes, the horse is real. He will be there doing his job from beginning to end' Q: When will I receive the final product?
A: Depending on what package you choose, the final product will most likely take 1-3 months to receive. Q: Will my daughter get featured in a magazine or blog?
A: The last Unicorn shoot I did received a lot of press' I am hoping for the same with "Unicorn & Me."
I will use images from this shoot to promote and gain exposure for
DROOL and the Dream Sessions.

Q: What is the best age for this shoot?
A: Ideally ages 4-10 work best for the "Unicorn & Me" Dream Session. Your child should be able to interact with the horse and take direction from me. If your child is scared of horses, this is not the shoot for them'
Q: How do I book a Dream Session?
A: Send me an email at darah@droolpics.com. To book a session you are required to sign an online contract and pay a deposit of half of the total. The final balance is due 3 days before the shoot. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE; this policy is non-negotiable & firm due to the amount of work and wardrobe that will be ordered. Don't hesitate to book your ses sion as there are only 5 spots available for "Unicorn & Me'" Q: What is the time line of the day?
A: The session will start with hair and make-up at my home in Royersford around 2pm. All girls will be dressed and ready to go. From there, we will travel to the shooting location and do touch-ups if necessary. Once everything is ready, the actual shoot will be about 20-30 minutes per child. I would plan to spend approximately 4 hours for this shoot. Q: Why is this shoot more expensive than others?
A: There are many moving parts in the "Unicorn & Me" Dream Session. I also have a lot of expenses that you may not realize. Finally, the editing of each image is very time consum ing as each image is artistically hand edited. From beginning to end, there is a lot of time and talent involved with this shoot, making it that much more special and extraordinary.
