It has been a challenging few years since we met and I would like to update you as investors as to

2. Where we are at now
3. What will / may happen next.
Since we last met lots has happened, but we believe we are making great progress this year at last.
History:
Covid was a problem we all had to adapt to and our company no less than others.
On top of this my role as a general dentist working for 20 years at Gate Dental Clinic finished January 2021.
I have taken a new position working at SuiteG9 part time undertaking the role of a prosthodontist with a group of specialists restoring dental implants and providing “advanced” dentistry.
We took this opportunity to commence a dental laboratory as part of the company that Paul uses to manufacture laboratory work. This allowed us to to channel funds of over 40K into the company from this Laboratory work to fund the ongoing patent costs, the development of VisionButler new patent and tooling costs. Without this “laboratory” income to improve the cashflow, we would have found it difficult to progress.
This extra funding and director loans enabled us to continue trading and progress.
Covid.
Hazel was in Australia at the ADX national trade show as Covid broke and returned on the last plane to leave the country!
For three months dentists, dental dealers and distributors basically ceased to function other than on the most basic levels. We knew this would return as the pandemic waned, we invested the time and the effort and undertook the opportunity to open an online store as a mechanism to access dentists directly B2C across the world, both where we had dealers and where we did not. We thus opened an online store www.steiriliu.com and put all our product range on this. Steiriliu is the B2C window for dentists to buy from dental organiser directly. ( Steiriliu is part of the company)
Our biggest and most important Cologne bi-annual trade conference international meeting in 2021 was cancelled. This is where we access all the dealers worldwide in a dental trade show at the IDS Cologne https://www.english.ids-cologne.de/
Slowly the profession and trade opened again.
Feb 2022 we we able to once again attend trade shows and we launched the first size of the VisionButler.
March 2023 we once again went to the IDS Cologne as a team of four and a well placed trade stand to launch the VisionButler internationally. We still only had one size but still had great interest and anticipation for the larger size.
We met Dr Ed Reilly ( one of our investors) at the conference and from this we commenced discussions with three new significant distributors.. Hager USA, Henry Schein Canada, and Micro-TP Japan. ( see later )
Veterinary
IM3 - one of the the largest veterinary companies in the world have their European headquarters in Ireland and have started selling them the BurButler.. Ewe are hoping they will expand this to worldwide shortly.
VisionButler:
We completed the design and production of the first size of our new product, the VisionButler in February 2022
This entailed a huge effort, time and costs to create a re-usable soft silicon reusable ( autoclavable) lip and cheek retractor.

The patent process for this product has been commenced and progressing well.
In February 2024 the tooling for the Large size has been purchased and we have our first batch delivered.
The first 500 units have sold straight away.
The MDR ( Medical Device Regulation ) is as a class 1 medical device.
The introduction of two sizes of the VisionButler seems to be a game changer.
As you can see in the enclosed marketing for the VisionButler it provides an alternative for the often used “single use disposable retractors” ( Optragate ), providing a reusable autoclavable soft silicon alternative.
VisionButler has applications for :
• Photography
• Restorative work( crowns veneers bleaching, implantology )
• Digital Imaging
• Orthodontics
• Periodontology
Financially this is very attractive for a practice some of which may use 20 - 30 Sigle use retractors at 1.50 each = 60 euro a day. We would envisage a dentist needing a minimum 3 of each size .
We have plans to introduce a third and forth size ( the tooling costs 25,000 a time)
We also would consider a range of different colours .
This way we can continue to leverage the customers we have who have already purchased the original VisionButlers.
VisionButler Competitors
Strategy:
We continue to build on our B2B customers and support them with video content, marketing images and trade show support.
We continue to build steadily with our best products, the BurButler LaminateButler BlockButler t hrough both dealers and directly through Steriilu.
We expect significant improvement from the new dealers in USA and Canada and Japan to build on the customers we have.
By far the most significant new factor is the introduction of the VisionButler.
Breakdown on DentalOrganiser sales 2023-2024
In the last 12 months we have adde three significant distributors:
Hager USA - ( distributor )
• Hager have just placed there first significant order, taking the entire range of products all sizes and colours.
• Hager are distributors to multiple USA dealers. This gives us access to the USA market through local dealers .
• Hager have been particularly enthusiastic about the VisionButler that they have rebranded for the USA AS “SPANDEX” ( a term used in the USA to denote elasticity ) and are marketing the Large and MedS VisionButler as a “combo pack”
• We currently mark up 50 euro per VisionButler -
• Hazel has been to the Chicago Dental Trade show to support and train Hager in our products
• Are hopes are that they will order 2000 VisionButler this year. ( 2000 x 50 = 100,000.)
• Hager USA are a branch of Hager International -
• Hazel has initiated a conversation with Hager Europe.
Henry Schein Canada
• Similarly after many months of negotiations and cross referencing Henry Schein Canada have also taken our full range of products.
• As Canada’s largest dental retailer with over 40 sales agents visiting dental practices across the country this too is a huge opportunity.
• Hazel has been invited to tour the Henry Schein depots in the major cities on a 10 day tour to train and enthuse the salesforce.
• Similarly we would hope for significant sales of all products. Especially the VisionButler Large and MedS.

• Significantly Henry Schein International, the parent company, would be a major world dental company. If successful in Canada this could open the option to have a world distributor
(Both companies would make possible “end game “ purchasers of the company)
Micro- tech ( Japan )
Microtech have now ordered there for 12,000Euro of VisionButler.
We are hoping to continue to acquire new distributors led by the new VisionButler in Europe
We are seeking to “brand” the VisionButler for individual corporate companies who can customise the VisionButler to their own company brand. ( colours and logo )
We have booked our stand at the IDS cologne for 2025 march and work through the year to make this upcoming conference more successful than ever before.
With continued progress on sales led by the new VisionButler we are optimistic that 2024 will be a good year and we hope to be able to generate a margin that will allow us to meet our obligations to our investors.
