• Flashing a light into the eye takes 200 milliseconds or 200,000 microseconds to be picked up in the occipital lobe of the brain.

• Putting a needle into the eye point on the foot takes only 0.8 milliseconds or 800 microseconds to be picked up in the same occipital lobe of the brain, from a location much farther away than the eye.

• To give perspective, let's use a football field of 100 meters.

• if 200,000 microseconds represents the 100 yard football field (the distance the light has to travel from flashing in the eye), then 800 microseconds equals much much less:

• 800 microseconds/200,000 microseconds = 0.004th the time to travel.

• 0.004ths of 100 yards = 0.4 yards = 14.4 inches.

• 100 yards vs 14.4 inches.

• In the 3rd video (can’t find it online anymore), he describe how the perimysium was unique in that it interwove with multiple organs and parts of the body and that there were perpendicular projections that came out of the perimysium towards the skin.

You do not want an inflammatory response that is overly aggressive as this can lead to more inflammation, tissue destruction, muscle wastage, and bone loss.

HISTAMINE TOLERANCE:

You are a yellow dot. You are genetically sensitive to histamine.

Aim to consume LOW histamine containing foods. Limit/ avoid HIGH histamine containing foods.

BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF: After meals, do you experience any of the following signs or symptoms?

• Headaches

• Itchy skin

• Runny nose

• Fatigue

• Hives

• Digestive issues

If so, your body may be trying to tell you that you’re having a problem metabolizing the foods you’re eating. Aim to limit/ avoid high histamine containing foods.
