Fascia is a semi-liquid, semi-crystaline super conductor. It transmits free electrons around the body to areas of injury at the speed of light.

• Flashing a light into the eye takes 200 milliseconds or 200,000 microseconds to be picked up in the occipital lobe of the brain.
• Putting a needle into the eye point on the foot takes only 0.8 milliseconds or 800 microseconds to be picked up in the same occipital lobe of the brain, from a location much farther away than the eye.
• To give perspective, let's use a football field of 100 meters.
• if 200,000 microseconds represents the 100 yard football field (the distance the light has to travel from flashing in the eye), then 800 microseconds equals much much less:
• 800 microseconds/200,000 microseconds = 0.004th the time to travel.
• 0.004ths of 100 yards = 0.4 yards = 14.4 inches.
• 100 yards vs 14.4 inches.

• Inserted microcameras in living tissue too see fascia matrix.
• In the 3rd video (can’t find it online anymore), he describe how the perimysium was unique in that it interwove with multiple organs and parts of the body and that there were perpendicular projections that came out of the perimysium towards the skin.

Testing to reducing inflammation in fascia
Top Priority: Inflammation
Genes that Affect Inflammation
Genes that Affect Inflammation
You do not want an inflammatory response that is overly aggressive as this can lead to more inflammation, tissue destruction, muscle wastage, and bone loss.
vs.
Genes that Affect Inflammation
Genetically, some people are more likely to have this overly aggressive inflammatory response.
You also do not want a state of chronic inflammation.
Elevated levels of inflammation with many chronic diseases: cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis, diabetes, periodontal disease and many autoimmune diseases.
Anti-Inflammatory genes
Your body produces anti-inflammatory chemicals to ensure your inflammatory response remains controlled.
Genetically, some people do not produce good levels of these anti-inflammatory chemicals and are unable to control their inflammatory response and are more likely to end up with chronic inflammation.

Understanding Your Trigger Foods
HISTAMINE TOLERANCE:
You are a yellow dot. You are genetically sensitive to histamine.
Aim to consume LOW histamine containing foods. Limit/ avoid HIGH histamine containing foods.
BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF: After meals, do you experience any of the following signs or symptoms?
• Headaches
• Itchy skin
• Runny nose
• Fatigue
• Hives
• Digestive issues
If so, your body may be trying to tell you that you’re having a problem metabolizing the foods you’re eating. Aim to limit/ avoid high histamine containing foods.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: The foods listed are strictly from a low/high histamine lens. Food is complicated. For example, milk may be low in histamine, yet you still may have OTHER reasons to reduce/avoid dairy.
Anti-histamine herbs and spices:

Signs of inflammatory
weight gain: The Paradox of fat loss
• Do you gain 1-2 pounds by eating with only a small piece of bread?
• The harder you exercise, the less muscular and more weight you put on?
• Fat redistributing itself around your body?
• Cutting calories not working?

Your genes stay the same, but their expression can vary. This is epigenetics.
Your genes have a default setting but each setting has a ‘dial’ or ‘dimmer switch’ to shift the expression, either towards ‘red’ or towards green.

Test, don’t guess
Tests drive healthy decisions and saves time & $
Saves you time:
• What you actually need and in what order of priority.
• Not distracted or led astray by shiniest new supplement, gadget, or ‘hack’.
• Those are most useful once you have the data
Saves you $:
• What do you actually need?
• Are you absorbing?
• Know when to stop a particular supplement
• What lifestyle changes are critical (not always supplements)
• Prevents veering offtrack with just chasing a protocol
