How to Onboard Gently
TRY NEW SUPPLEMENTS SLOWLY
Only try 1 new thing every few days
Only after 3-7 days, try doing 2 sprinkles
It's not a race! Going low and slow means less reactions and more progress over time.

Always begin with sprinkles
If needed, only take sips of sprinkles diluted in water
SUPER DILUTIONS
To reduce reactions, try adding 1 drop or sprinkle to a cup of water Stir well Then, take an eye dropped and add 1 drop of the dilution to a new glass of water and sip slowly through the day

Tips for Types
Here's how to go low and slow for dosing the different types of supplements
FOR CAPSULES
Open the capsule to sprinkle a tiny bit into a glass of water and drink
Sprinkle = a few grains of sand
FOR TABLETS
Cut and try a little sliver of the tablet
FOR LIQUID TINCTURES
Start with 1 drop in a glass of water and drink slowly through the day Don't chug!
FOR GEL CAPS
Use scissors to snip off 1 end and put 1 drop into water
Reminder:
Usually it's better to onboard small amounts of multiple supplements versus trying to get 1 supplement up to higher doses.
Tips for Children
DISGUISE THE FLAVOR
Try mixing supplements into:
Applesauce
Soups
Homemade coconut
yogurt
Low histamine smoothies
IN BATHS
Draw a warm bath and try adding in:
Fresh herbs
Essential oils
Epsom salt (1 Tablespoon)
