Cleansing
Use a gentle cleanser to remove dirt, oil, and makeup from your skin. Choose a formula that suits your skin type, whether it's dry, oily, or combination. Massage the cleanser into your skin using circular motions, then rinse with lukewarm water. Bathe in filtered water for best results.
Sun Protection
Protect your skin from the harmful effects of the sun by applying a mineral only sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher daily, even when indoors to protect from LED's and blue light.
Moisturizing
Apply a moisturizer to your skin after cleansing to lock in moisture and keep your skin hydrated. Look for a formula that's lightweight and non-greasy for daytime use, and a richer formula for nighttime use. Avoiding ingredients parabens, pthalates, sulfates, dyes and fragrances.
Exfoliation
Use a gentle exfoliant two to five times a week to remove dead skin cells and reveal brighter, smoother skin. Choose a formula that's gentle and suitable for your skin type.
Dermal Rolling
Dermal rolling, or at-home microneedling, involves rolling a device with tiny needles over your skin to stimulate collagen production and reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and acne scars. Use a sterile roller two to five nights a week, depending on your sensitivity.
At-Home Peels
At-home peels use alphahydroxy acids (AHAs) or betahydroxy acids (BHAs) to exfoliate your skin and improve its texture and tone. Use a peel one to two nights a week, depending on your sensitivity.
Retinol
Retinol, a form of vitamin A, is a powerful ingredient that helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone. Start with a low concentration and use it two to three nights a week to avoid irritation known at the retinoid reaction phase when starting out.
Vitamin C Serum
Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps brighten and even out your skin tone. Apply a vitamin C serum in the morning after cleansing and before moisturizing and sun protection.
Eye Cream
The skin around your eyes is delicate and prone to wrinkles, puffiness and accelerated aging compared to the rest of the facial skin. Apply an eye cream twice a day after cleansing, and before moisturizing to keep the area hydrated and firm from the orbital rim (eye bone) to eyelash line.
