DCMA offers various lengths of appointments and deployments based on the agency requirements and the employee’s availability.

If you are a current DoD civilian employee you will be granted return rights to your position held prior to deployment.

DCMA offers Recruitment & Retention incentives up to 25%.
•
Based on the needs of the agency, appointments may be extended for any period up to a total of 48 months without additional competition.
•
