Pigment irregularities What areas of the body can be treated? Most areas of the skin can be treated. The most common treatment areas are the face, neck and some treat the chest and hands. What will take place during the procedure? Your skin will be cleaned and safety shields placed over the eyes. The laser handpiece will be positioned above the skin and held in place as the computerguided scanner moves the laser beam around the treatment area. Depending on the size of the target area, the procedure should take between 5 and 10 minutes. Will this procedure be uncomfortable? The NanoLaserPeel causes little pain because it does not penetrate very deep in the skin. On the most shallow settings most patients will not need topical anesthetic. When should I see results?
