How is our Sealing Process Better than Re-Grouting? 

Unlike other companies, we never apply water based sealers that peel in a short order. We have partnered with pFOkUS, designing incredible cleaners and sealers. It manufactures an exclusive patented grout sealer – Caponi, and a powerful adhesive - Sentura. Before we seal grout, we clean the entire surface with a patented grout cleaning process, lifting all the deep stains and bacteria.

 If there is a grout cracking issue, we repair the cracks with Sentura - a two part pigmented flexible solvent epoxy/resin designed with a 1200psi adhesion, protecting the grout for a lifetime.  We pigment Sentura in over 40 colors, rendering a lush natural look on the surface. 

Then, we perform grout sealing with Caponi – a two part pigmented solvent titanium resin sealer, soaking deep into grout to prevent it from allowing the passage of moisture or liquids, causing mold and stains. However, re-grouting doesn’t prevent future stains or the growth of mold.

 If you will apply harsh chemicals to new grout, it will react and will allow liquids to stain the entire surface. Caponi’s titanium coating can never be damaged by harsh chemicals.  Caponi is available in over 40 colors to match your current grout color.  Its single coat application can cover all the grout lines.  Caponi and Sentura work together and enhance each other while creating a waterproofed surface.  Mold, mildew and stains can only be controlled by waterproofing the surface with Caponi and Sentura, not re-grouting.  We carry a 5 year labor warranty on our grout sealing service.
