Traditions can be defined as an inherited, established, or customary pattern of thought, action, customs or behaviors that are passed down throughout generations. A university’s traditions are specific events in history which make that university’s experience unique, individual, sacred. The Georgia Regents University orientation team believes that having this unique experience is beneficial to the development of our students. These events, locations and actions aid in acclimating our students to our university, our community, our family. Join in our traditions by completing this Traditions Scavenger Hunt!
Join the GRU Class of 2019 Facebook Group. A full list of traditions will be posted as a file before Freshmen Convocation. Follow @GRU_Traditions on Instagram.
