Enhanced sustainability
DS Smith Round Wrap signi cantly reduces CO2* emissions when compared to standard corrugated multi-pack wraps (up to 24% reduction with a 4 x 50ml cans pack) . It is produced using renewable materials and is fully recyclable**. It is also possible to include design features for returning empties for re lling. The curved corners could reduce the use of shrink lm by up to 20%***.

DS Smith Round Wrap provides on-shelf shape di erentiation to stand out with a premium and distinctive silhouette. The rounded corners reduce the impact of corner crushing and ensure your brands are displayed at their best.
Simple implementation
Whilst optimising bre usage in rounding the corners, we have created a packaging solution that is twice as stable as 0201/RSC boxes. The curved corners allow the shrink lm to form neatly around the pallet corners to reduce corner crushing, and this could reduce the use of shrink lm by up to 20%***.
DS Smith Round Wrap has been rigorously tested within our manufacturing network and with multiple customers at their end of line. It is designed to run on existing equipment with limited adjustment and our team of experts are ready to fully support implementation.
