MSc programmes Admission and tuition

The academic level of the MSc programmes is highly advanced. The academic prerequisites for admission differ for each MSc programme and can be found here: > studieinformation.dtu.dk/msc

General admission criteria

Degree

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, in Science, or in Natural Science, less than 10 years old and obtained at an internationally recognized university.

Grade point average

Approximately 75 per cent of the maximum obtainable grade. This may vary depending on the grading system of the university awarding the Bachelor degree. The Academic decisions will be based not only on the overall GPA but also the GPA in individual courses, which are academic pre-requisites for admission.

English language proficiency* Minimum entry levels:

Cambridge Advanced English/Cambridge English Proficiency 180 TOEFL Internet-based 88 IELTS 6.5

Tuition fees

Higher education in Denmark is provided free of charge for all EU/EEA citizens and for students participating in an exchange programme. All other students have to pay tuition. You can find more information about tuition fees at dtu.dk/tuitionfee
