This project had the goal to recover a riverfront area in Gaia. This was an old part on the city facing one of the most important and beautiful rivers in Portugal with a view to the historical part of the city of Porto.

The challenges facing this project were the degradation of the site, the presence of historical gardens and abandoned farms. It is, as well, a popular beach for local and regional habitants.
The idea is to give back the area to the people and nature to give space to the wildlife to grow and to make this degreated site a place to visit and us all year round From cycling paths integrated in the character of the site to skate parks that take advantage of areas that usualy are not for public use and to make them as centers of activities instead of areas to avoid

This project was aimed to create a urban park in an area outside the city of Gaia. The site had a strong presence of agriculture and rural activities and a water line that runs all along the site. This water line was to be the mais focus for this project

Spatial planning is an area of work that the landscape architect has a chance to work the ideals that are put in the smaller scale projects in the large landscape that influences several areas and people and has the job to create an equilibrium between the needs of nature and those of society and the well being of people In this project the goal was to create a managmente plan for part of the Gaia municipality, that includes plans for housing, recreation and biodiversity maintenance

Part of this process was to make sure that people would be integrated in the process. Based on that idea and the concept of movement and conservation by use, creation of routs that take advantage of the natural and social structures.

This project had the aim to create a new urban expansion in the city of Landshut, the city is experiencing a growth and wishes to create new places for people to live, work and to play. New housing for 2000 people, public buildings such as schools and exposition centers.

Housing was a central part of the design process, several typologies were assimilated, as wwll as the green spaces, that serve both private and public functions but are indistinguishable in the design process making the focus of the project the continuous green structure.

The challenge of projects in the modern cities often include situations in which the area is not continuously connected. This is the case with Stokener Markt, the historical area in Hannover were the challenge was to create a project that creates and connects the new convention center and the market area.

As an high use area due to its large streets, rail station and commercial areas, the projects reshapes the way people use the space by taking away the impact of traffic and focusing on the pedestrian, using simples lines and materials as well as more vegetation to connect both places.
