Irrigation Project Overview - Benefits to the golfer
The greens extensions bring the greens back to their original design, create additional pin positions and improve the playability of the golf course by giving the golfer additional opportunities in how to approach the hole. Encroachment on the edges was becoming an issue and we now have a clean and pure stand of Tiff Eagle throughout the greens.

Our aerification programmess were sever and have greatly enhanced the playing surfaces. We have very true greens surfaces that have remained firm and the fairways have been significantly improved by the removal of unwanted material allowing us a better opportunity to produce a firmer, faster golf course for all to enjoy.

A special thank you to the Emirates Golf Club members and guests for their patience this summer in allowing us to carry out these works. We hope you enjoy the golf course! The maintenance team is led by Course Superintendent, Craig Haldane and his two assistants, Luke Partridge and Remi Milana with a great team of course maintenance crew, without whom this project would never have been completed on time and within the operational budget.
Thank you
