A big thank you to all of you who took the time to complete the member’s survey for this year. Your responses are invaluable and allow us to see what we are doing well, and what we can work on to improve. These results are taken on board by all management, and we look at ways to adopt many of your ideas. I have taken this opportunity to address some of the points raised in the Leisure section below:

Pool Temperature too hot or too cold
The Pool is temperature controlled and is maintained daily. The water will feel different at certain times of day e.g. when the sun is beating down it will feel warmer, and when in shade will feel cooler. We keep the water at 28c during summer, and 28/29c during winter.
Put lanes in Pool
2 lanes were introduced towards the end of 2021. They are in the pool each morning, and can be requested when pool is quiet during afternoons / evenings.
Discounted rate for members at Padel Tennis
This is available at AED50 per person for each booking. Normal rates are AED85 / 95 per person.
We are delighted to announce the addition of Let’s Dance by Sasha King to the Fit Lab offerings. Let’s Dance are at Emirates Golf Club every Wednesday & Saturday from 1pm - 9pm and give members the opportunity to learn all forms of dance from Ballroom to Wedding to Party. It was great to see so many members take advantage of the FREE sessions during March that Sasha provided, and good to see so many keep it going so far! If you are interested and want to learn more, please contact Sasha on +971 58 658 1162. In other news, we have now replaced the key system for the lockers in both the male and female changing rooms. All lockers are now fitted with a digital lock, so you will no longer be required to collect a key from reception.
