Endlessly fascinated with flavour combinations and experimental cooking, Chef Bayma effortlessly balances her clientele’s palates with their specific dietary needs. With a flair for showmanship and a sharp business sense, she has developed her talents and passions to deliver the best to her clients and their customers.

To date, Chef Bayma has worked with multiple HNWI and members of royal families in both KSA and UAE, football and reality TV stars, as well as major corporations such as Mastercard and General Mills. Her projects know no borders as she has assisted clients in Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kyrgyzstan, Korea, South Africa,

United States, and Europe including Spain and Italy.

Chef Bayma has gained numerous outstanding achievements, such as Mastercard Priceless live stream cooking shows, refereeing in the popular TV show “Kitchen Killadi” and directing the VVIP F&B sector of the MDL Beast Music Festival -- the largest music festival of its time. She has also appeared at Panel Discussions at Gulfood and won Two Silver Medals at the Golden Torque ME.

She is board-certified with the London City and Guilds, a member of the Emirates Culinary Guild, a Female Fusion inner circle member, as well as an active member of The Dubai Chef Collective.
