FAIR ROYALTY 2013 DUBUQUE CO. FAIR QUEEN ALISON GREEN Alison is the daughter of Dennis & Amy Green. She graduated from Cascade High School and is attending Northeast Iowa Community College. Alison is sponsored by Wayne Feeds.
Fair Queen Qualifications Fair Queen contestants must be attending or have graduated from high school. They must reside in Dubuque County along with at least one parent or guardian. They must be an active member of at least one service organization such as Girl Scouts, church group, 4-H, etc. A committee of judges will select the Dubuque County Fair Queen. Judging will be based on personality, awareness, leadership, citizenship, contributions to the community as well as overall appearance, charm and poise.

Kid’s Korner Rules & Regulations 1. All General Creative Rules Apply to the Kid’s Korner Rules. 2. All kids up to and including age 14 may exhibit in the “Kid’s Korner” division. Entries for Divisions E&F are not restricted by this rule. 3. An Exhibitor may enter any class. Division E&F entries must be sent to the chairpersons of those divisions. 4. Six “Best of Show” ribbons may be awarded. 5. The management will use the utmost care to guard and protect exhibits; however, we cannot and will not be held liable. 6.
