2014 Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of our faith connection!
500 staff members, leading over 30 programs, in 14 counties provided faith connected health and human services to over 26,000 people.
A Culture of Adoption: Facilitated 9 adoption placements. 100% of the children are free from abuse and achieved developmental milestones.
Counseling: 81% of mental health clients reported that they felt they were making progress toward their treatment.
Education: 100% of Anna B. Lawther Academy students attended school regularly. 8 students graduated. 89% of students tested increased their reading fluency.
Health & Wellness: 2,082 youth were educated about the dangers of tobacco and nicotine. 87% of WIC families reported improving their families eating choices.
Homelessness: 81% of homeless outreach clients secured housing, 3 of these clients went on to own a home.
RESULTS Mental Health Care: 669 people were enrolled in our Integrated Health Home program and of these, 37% reported they would have fallen through the cracks in the mental health system if it weren’t for the program.
Residential: 67% of adult residents discharged went on to more independent living.
Spirituality: 94% of adult and 74% of youth clients desire to be closer to God or in union with the divine. 82% of adult and 74% of youth clients feel God’s presence on a regular basis.
Youth Mentoring: 31 new mentors and 62 long term mentors helped improve the lives of 93 area youth.
