Opportunities for HR professionals continue to grow. Job growth for HR Managers will increase 7% throughout the next decade, as projected by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. As organizations form, expand, and change, HR professionals are needed to oversee the transitions. According to Monster, the most in-demand HR specialties include compensation and benefits, employment, recruitment and placement, human resources information system, and employee assistance planning. The Society of Human Resource Management anticipates an expanded job market for HR professionals, according to its Jobs Outlook Survey. Our graduates hold positions such as Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Senior HR Business Partner, Corporate Director of Learning and Development, and HR Manager.
